Called and asked if we could be seen, was told if you get here by 730, we got you. Arrived right before 730, 5 people including my wife and I in the lobby. 2 of the people tell us good luck they just told people they had to go because we are done. Then after 30 mins they had taken other back and never ask us anything then 3 people came in asked what we wanted and then a gentleman came out and said can you come back tomorrow, we have had a rough day and still have to clean. We obviously went elsewhere (true art in Ohio city- 5 star service)but I think this is a clear sign of poor management/costumer service and would highly recommend going elsewhere.
Even if you get there 30-40 minutes before they close, they won’t take you back for a piercing. We arrived at 7:25-7:30 and were told that only two more people were going to be seen and the rest of us had to come back. I wouldn’t have minded if they were more professional / kind but they were rude and smelled like weed. The guy that walked towards the front from the back reeked and had red eyes. Super professional! If you want a piercing or tattoo done by someone sober, don’t come here.
I had my nipples pierced by Ryan, hands down best piercing experience. It was quick, professional and I was made to feel comfortable during the process. I was informed of all cleaning procedures and after care, as well as certain things to avoid any irritation/complications. Definitely would recommend getting pierced here!
This location was very poorly ran. When we first came in, there were people scattered about, but no one who worked there anywhere to be seen. The space felt empty, and wasn't the cleanest. We stood and waited nearly 20 minutes for someone to appear from the adjoining building. When asked who was first, I spoke up, amd was asked to wait a moment. I then proceeded to wait another 40 minutes, while I watched everyone who came in after me, get serviced. When I spoke up again, I was dismissed. No one knew what was going on, and there was no order to the way they helped their customers. The attitude from the employees was harsh and rude, like we were a bother. This was my first experience at this location, and after the treatment I received, is also my last. They should have one person running the intake, and in the area prior to being worked on.
won’t be coming back. i always told myself before that i wouldn’t come here because my friend got an infected industrial piercing from them years ago so i was always hesitant but decided to give them a try. i called an hour before arriving to double check was told they stop doing piercings at 6:30 because they close at 7. i arrived at 6:20 and they denied me because there was other people there as well. they need to inform people that if there is a line of people even coming in before 6:30, that they still won’t take you if that’s the case. don’t just tell people you can come in and get a piercing up until 6:30. wasted my time wnd gas coming up here.
I had my septum pierced by Tabitha and she did an amazing job! She made conversation with me the entire time and helped relax my nerves before and during the procedure. The overall environment is very professional and they keep everything as clean as possible. I was a first time customer at this location and will definitely be returning for more piercings in the future. I can't recommend them enough for anyone looking for a courteous and pleasant tattoo shop.
Fair warning that they can get a bit crowded, so patience is a virtue! You could be waiting for over twenty minutes to be seen. The waiting room was super packed when I visited, but don't let that put you off.
Mikayla did my Medusa and she was flawless! It was done cleanly, sterile, and quick. No pain other than a pinch from the jewelry I’ll give it a 2/10 pain. Definitely would recommend her! Coming back for my septum! ????
I had the best experience with Alex. She did my septum so perfectly and quickly and she was super insightful and fun to talk to. I’m very excited to come back for more piercings from her! I attached a photo taken about 8 hours after my piercing.
