They sold us a car with a lost title form for the DMV. They didn’t put the license number and DOB of the last owner which didn’t let us register it at the DMV. They said they would help us providing us the missing information, but never heard back from them. They didn’t answer messages as we were trying to return the car because the car had no use.
These are not serious people because they care about making business for themselves and not caring for customers.
I wish I would give this a -10 review! This place is honestly a scam!!!!!!! $584 almost $600 for a tow from a car crash that was 10 minutes away from our house. It was a medium duty tow and it was almost $600???? what a joke, don’t use this business unless you are trying to go broke!!!!!

They had my car for a month & did nothing , I couldnt get a callback, my point person was never there, the shops v/m is full & you cant leave a message...
Beyond frustrating that I had to go in there to get my car towed out of there after a month & then they couldnt even find my keys...
SMH, dont know who owns it but what a joke....
joe was amazing very helpful and a did an excellent job on my wife car , how ever the other guy chris is very rude and doesn't have any type of customer service he talks over you don’t let you get a word in and lie about if the employees is there or not as if he doesn't want people coming there for other employees services if it’s not him he did this to us before when the whole time joe was there and told me joe wasn’t there and had me leave after i insisted on waiting for him to arrive smh but this time around i had joe personal number so i was able to speak to him personally upon arrival if not i don’t know how our car would’ve got fixed smh .. if it wasn’t for the other great employees me and my wife would have gone elsewhere !! only thing beside chris is things should be a little faster but i have no complaints !!! JOE IS AMAZING KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ????
Not only great mechanics they are an asset to the neighborhood. They also are angels and assist the elderly that live near the shop.
They know what they are doing. Trustable mechanics that provide great service. Nice family owned business.
Will never buy anything or take anything there to be fixed. Got poorly done mechanical work and lied to. Untrustworthy cut corner work.
