HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! What an awesome group of professionals. My truck broke down on Christmas eve. I reach out to them immediately, since they were local and exceptionally reviewed. They tried helping me troubleshoot the issue over the phone first, in an attempt to save me money. First sign these are honest people! This morning, on the 26th, I got the truck towed to them. They maintained excellent communication with me, kept me in the loop the entire way, with no non-sense! My entire family is extremely grateful and impressed at their disposition to help us with such short notice. It’s 4:30pm and I received a text, followed by a call informing me that the repairs are complete. They even fixed a brake light that was out for about a week. But our awesome experience doesn’t end there. My wife is working late and has our other vehicle, so they offered to DELIVER THE TRUCK TO MY HOUSE, FREE OF CHARGE!!!!! What!? This company is ran by a wholesome team, who truly cares to provide the best services possible, who are kind, respectful, professional, considerate, and fairly priced! Now we understand why they’re reviewed so well. Because of their help, my family can now enjoy all the activities we have planned and won’t lose the deposits! These guys are the real deal! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Guys, once again, thank you. We’re truly grateful!! 5-stars just doesn’t do you justice! You deserve much more!
So 2 incidents.
Got a Hydro booster installed and drove about 1000 miles and it blew up. Took it near a shop where I was located and they found it was installed backwards and caused failure. I was told , " I can't watch my mechanics all the time", " to bad". 6000 later it was fixed by someone else.
2nd. Rear main, oil pump was replaced and was told everything looks great. 20 miles later have to put a new engine in now.
Wow how things are my problem
Bobby is a respectable human and very educated in automotive. I’ve only been twice but was recommended by a few people before I called for an appointment. Pricing as expected for good work.
Not overpriced like I’ve found in Jacksonville for mediocre work.
The only downside is, he is very busy.
It is nice to be greeted with a friendly smile and great attitude when you walk in. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. TADA!
He did a great job on my wife's caravan, and at a good price, zero headaches.
Mr. Bobby is a really nice man who thrives on giving good services at a nice speed and price. All the workers there have great knowledge on cars and trucks. I almost didn't want to write this review due to how busy that man is and not wanting to over load his work anymore than what it is. However his work needs to be acknowledged right along with how friendly and respectable he is. Thank you Mr. Bobby for all the help you have given me. I appreciate it more than you will know
I very rarely write reviews for anything, but I had to review these guys! I Took my daughters car there for a coolant leak. I have searched all over trying to find it with no luck. I stopped by and spoke with Josh and scheduled and appointment and dropped my car off at closing time. The next morning, josh called me to tell me he found the issue. Unfortunately, the engine block is cracked. when I went to pick up my car, josh showed me where the issue was. These guys are extremely professional and reasonable with prices. I highly recommend Bobby and Josh’s Automotive to everyone. If you want honest, reliable , and professional service.
Let me just say Josh is freaking awesome. I went to dang near every shop in Jacksonville to have my Long tube headers put on a 2012 F150 5.0L and they wouldn't touch it or advise on who would. Josh comes to the rescue I stopped by with my tail between my legs expecting the same results to my surprise he says bring it back in a couple days. Now I wok over seas for the DOD and I was getting ready to deploy again a few days before i had to fly out I stopped in to check on it well it turned out to be a bigger pain in the rear all the bolts were frozen or breaking off Josh was careful enough to take his time and get the job done all the way till he found out the supplier sent one pipe flared wrong now by this time I'm already in Turkey he took the time to contact the supplier to get the issue resolved and they wanted me to contact them so Josh calls me explains everything I'm just blown away at how far above and beyond he has went in taking his time so the header bolts didn't break off and calling Stainless Steel Works and 5Star Tuning to resolve this issue for me. If it was any other shop they would have put the airgun on there and went to town then would have called the customer saying they need 2hrs per bolt which there is 16 you do the math I know this for a fact being I'm a Ase certified Master Tech and use to run those said big company name auto shops in Raleigh. the bottom line is if you want a good reliable honest shop this is the place these guys have earned my business for life I'm just floored how i was treated so good and he never meet me before also at any point he could have told me come get it I'm done go pound sand but he didn't.Just WOW
