1: Incredibly inconsistent, slow service.
2: Many orders were simply forgotten and the waitress was super shocked when we reminded her about it, but at the very least she was friendly.
3: The music was far too loud, we had to shout at each other to be heard at all. Nobody listened to us/cared when we asked to turn the volume down.
4: The burgers looked great, but don’t bother ordering fries separately as they wouldn’t even fill a child’s stomach - total waste of money. Credit where it’s due - the fries were very tasty, so can’t fault them on that. Don’t order the croquettes either - for 18,50€ you are served a grand total of 2 with average taste at best. Absolute ripoff.
5: There is lots of potential here but, unfortunately, it’s not realised.
6: If you go bowling and feel like eating afterwards, rather go elsewhere lest your experience be ruined.
I do so hate to be negative. I want to see and emphasize the positive.
But this place made that very difficult.
The staff took forever. They offered our table choices between two main courses. Either steak or steak. There were burgers first too, but they forbade us those while we were placing our orders.
They kept forgetting things and serving the wrong dishes. We were 2 hours behind schedule.
If you want to go bowling after: don't go here.
I'm going to write an honest review. First of all the welcoming by this random guy was not that friendly. When I told him we had a reservation for 4 people he weirdly looked at me and told me to pick any table we wanted. Afterwards we had to wait a very very long time for our first drink. The food on itself is way overpriced for what you get. I got a steak tartaar that had very poor quality of meat and was cut in way too big pieces. The waiters came 4 times to our table with wrong orders. I actually wanted to give 1 star but the only lady that worked their gave us a reduction on our last drinks because we had to wait so long and were not happy with the food. It's sad because this place has a lot of potential.
Very nice and fency place. Spacious and its very nice atmosphere. Stuff was friendly however they forgot our desert so we waited way to long. Food is overpriced for what its offered.
Cold food, poor service, badly skilled employees, you have to pay for the toilets, long waits for drinks
Very bad service. Had to wait for 2hrs to have my dinner. You have to wait for 30mins to get your bread.
I will never choose this restaurant again.
Food ok, staff is really too young and not professional at all. Music too high because staff is drunk. No boss present. Ok, but recommend.
I absolutely highly recommend this bar lounge which gives you the impression you are somewhere next to the beach. Life dj music , nice ambiance , nice personnel and not at least great manager.
