Hadn't been to Bob's in a year or so due to a "not very good" pizza the last time... this time was worse. Ordered a 2 ingredient large but got a 1 ingredient pie. Crust was round cardboard, cheese was generous, but didn't have much flavor. There was absolutely no sauce... after the 2nd slice, my wife lifted the cheese to check the ingredients, and she was right... no sauce and only one of the toppings... and we searched under all the cheese... Sad...really sad... Won't do Bob's anymore... It was a pretty decent product several years ago.
I've been a customer of Bob's for over thirty years. They have just been removed from my menu. $13.35 for a 10" one topping pizza. You people have bumped your heads. Could have gotten a better pizza from the frozen food aisle at the grocery store for a third of the price.
We were charged twice for a Sputnik Special only to pick up a half Pepperoni and mushroom and half cheese pizza. There were two attempts to try to resolve the issue only to be accused of trying to get a free pizza for free. I’ve been ordering Bobs for 40 years and I will never order again. There is a thief behind the counter.
I go here once a week. Food is good and reasonably priced. It's been here 50 years it's a family business, what's not to love.
Ordered pizza at 6:30. Estimated delivery was 7:10-7:20. Then 7:30-7:40. Called at 7:48 for eta. Was told it hadn’t even left yet. Told pizza was hot and fresh leaving then. Pizza arrived at 8:08 and Luke warm. It is a 10 minute drive. Highly unsatisfied.
The pizza was delicious. The breadsticks were good, but the cheese sauce was like water.
Mainly just here to leave my delivery driver a review cause he was great. He was very patient w me as I tried to write his tip on the receipt and keep my one year old from darting out of the door ????❤️ also idek where this bobs location is but the driver got to me so fast that my food was still super hot like it had literally just come out of the oven seconds prior to arriving with it! Also the girl who answered the phone and took my order was really sweet! Great employees, but the pizza dough/crust could use some work it was like the texture of a slice of bread when eating the actual pizza will definitely order again mainly because how fast, nice, and patient the employees are!
There is a lady who speaks very bad to customers. We will come never back here. Very bad experience . She’s on the register her age is may be 35 to 40 and her height is small
