There's nothing better than a hometown watering hole run by good folks who appreciate your business. The drinks were cold, reasonably priced, and the music rocked. When you're the outsider, you never know what you may be walking into but the local patrons were genuine and gracious and we enjoyed their conversation. Thanks for making us feel welcome in your community. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Anna.
Bob's Tavern makes the best Bloody Mary I have ever had in my life. The husband and wife who own the place (and work behind the bar) always make us feel at home. We live about 40 minutes away from Anna and we have driven out of our way just to stop by and pay a visit. If you're looking for a place to have a few drinks and you want to feel at home, this is your place. It is a smaller venue, a dive bar if you will. The building holds much historical value which gives it a unique touch that newer bars do not have. If you're driving through, stop by. They'll be happy to see you and greet you like you're family.
It's a amazing bar! Great energy and lots of fun to go with friends! 10/10 would recommend.
It was the worst bar I have ever been too the acted like 10 year olds hitting on us then just like pulling our hair refused to give is change. They wouldn't stop laughing and all I could think is they look 50 with a beer gut they gave up on what little looks they had at 15. They honestly thought they were something special. Life is hard I was the only surivor from a car wreck so I understand if how hard life can be. I picked up all the beer bottles and Ash trays Because you never know when somebody needs a bit of kindness. The guys there were maturely flirting with me but putting me down at the same time I'm having a hard time believing in humanity and I first feel sorry for those guys because the reason why they were pretty me like that is because their life is got. So they mourn make me feel even worse. It is truly pathetic when you go out of ur way to show some kindness and the results is insults. They asked of I was pregnant sorry boys you knew I look good but it sad when ur a male looking 13 months pregnant with back fat!!!!
Great place to hang out in Anna !!
This place is poppin! Especially on Fridays and Saturdays. $2 shots of Fireball on Friday, $3.50 for Vegas Bomb's on Saturday. Free pool on Sundays. Come check them out!
Most friendliest bar you will go in great people . They go out of their way to make sure they have what you want and if they don't they will get it . Couldn't ask for a better place if had 10 stars I'd give them 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
Drinks were great. Fair price. It was smokey in there. Had to chase do bartender pretty much. That is. Ray since only about 10 people where in there.
