Grab your food and go. Not a dine in place but the shrimp is AWESOME!!! Ask for crackers if you want them. Cocktail sauce is really good too. CASH ONLY????
The jumbo shrimp are FANTASTIC and the fried oysters are AMAZING. GET THE FRENCH FRIES TOO. THEY ONLY TAKE CASH. Not a sit down restaurant.
The BIGGEST and best 10pc shrimp EVER! The ladies are so fast and efficient. I also ordered the fried Cauliflower. It was bland. This time, however, they were out of the dinner slaw and substituted it with an extra sauce, ha!
I also ordered their Catfish Fillet Dinner, which was slightly disappointing. The dinner had a small amount of fish and a basket FULL of fries. I've been twice within 2 months and will return again just for the shrimp. Great tarter sauce too!
UPDATE: Why is there an open box of floured food next to the register? The lady was kinda rude today 4/16/22 -- Hmmm
Terrible customer service! The cashier who is dark with glasses and disgusting teeth is such a rude lady. In my opinion she shouldn't be working in customer service if she doesn't care to answer any of my questions. The food was okay, they take so long to attend you and when you finally get your food it's not worth all that time you waited for it. It's a really unappealing environment, I really tried to not judge them based on the area but it was exactly what I thought it would be. Never again going to this establishment. Save your hard work money and go somewhere else instead.
The service was welcoming and the shrimp were delicious. This is definitely a regular when you are craving some shrimp. I did want to remind people that it is cash only and there is no drive thru.
Great Shrinp. Ask for fries and tell them to make them X-tra crispy. They need some tables and Chairs so you can eat inside. They need to take Credit Cards. They Only take CASH.
They don't accept credit cards and the ATM is outside away from the building out in the open placing the customer in harms way plus since the ATM is outside in the open it could easily be rigged to steal your credit card information
I love my Bob Shrimp. Been going there for over 30 years Food is always great. I am sad that they no longer sell smelts but I understand they didn't sell.
