My radiator blew out on the side of the interstate Bobby's AUTO REPAIR took my truck In and I'm back driving the next day. Great attitude and passionate about there work. I'd use them again. I payed more for my parts then there service. Really pleased.
Fiancé has been using him for years with great service.. No problems. Matter of fact he just did about 9000ish dollars worth of work to his 05 Ram... However, recently things have changed as I dropped the truck off in May 2018.. Long story but it needed a lot of work... Here it is the end of September and as far as I know he still hasn't even started on the freaking thing. The number has changed and he had not even attempted to call my phone.... I hate it but I'm going to have to go get it and bring it else where it seems.. Sure wish I knew what the heck is going on with Mr Bobby! Sad business... Oh well.. I guess. Hope things get back to normal with him soon... I hate to have to change after so many years! Update... August 4,2019!! While he has spoken to Bobby a few times, and possible progress may have been made...we still have no truck or idea about when it might be ready!!???! This is crazy!
Don t use Bob, he ripped me off big time. Went in for a repair & he broke my transmission for the sake of some gangsters that were after me. Then the catillac coverter I paid him to fix was an old piece of junk that already needs changing out. I told him to put a new one in there. He didnt because he thought I would no linger be able to use the vehicle.
