I called Bob's Body Shop after getting a RIDICULOUSLY high repair estimate from another collision shop in Hickory. I spoke with Seth who was very helpful and requested pictures. I forwarded photos, he provided an estimate (understandably subject to change based upon physical inspection), and Seth confirmed they could help. He recommended a tow service and within a few hours, the car was delivered to Bob's. Seth advised me the car had been delivered, confirmed the original estimate, but explained they were backed up so it might be a few weeks. We were in no hurry so we told them we would work on their schedule. Seth contacted me within a few days, explained they had an opening and could begin work on the car. The repair was completed within a week and looks great. Seth was very professional and even recommended a nearby company that does interior upholstery work. I would definitely recommend Bob's Body Shop to anyone in need of collision repair on their vehicles. It is an honest and professional company in my opinion and working with Seth was a pleasure.

This is the place you want to go to if you get in an accident. They really do take care of you. I had a wonderful experience with them and you can barely tell that my car got into an accident now. They did a fantastic job! We had a few communication issues but that was partially my fault ????. Take my advice, dont go to those corporate body shops with free popcorn, this one is worth it. Thank you guys so much for making a stressful time much easier!!!

Family member had her car bumper fixed here and the end results are excellent. Car looks brand new again. Pleasant owner and workers are respectful and patient. Affordable pricing and definitely no disappointment. They didn't take long at all to fix the car. They went straight to business and wasted no one's time. Parking is tight but the place is very easy to find. Would recommend place to others and come here myself if I ever needed something done.

If you have a wreck and want top of the line service, call Bob’s! They go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of and lessen the burden of a bad situation! Their experience exceeds well over 30 years. It’s a small business which is what makes them better than the others. They have also been voted best in Burke County for auto body work for several years now!

They repaired my truck after I hit a deer they replaced my front fender with aftermarket parts they were payed for a factory fender after painting 2 weeks later paint started coming off in big flakes every day more paint would fly off so they repainted it they didn't match the paint anywhere close to the original color

Polite, friendly staff. Estimate was quick and repairs/painting began on time and car was ready when they said it would be. Did an excellent job!
