Fast and friendly service at a very reasonable price. My brakes had an issue on Thursday. I took my vehicle in on Friday and they had it sorted out and fixed by Friday afternoon. Highly recommend and will definitely return if needed.
I was referred to Bob's automotive, and I went in to have a radiator check, new headlights put , window blades, and motor put in. And air-condition fixed. I've been having trouble with loosein antifreeze , and I noticed my headlight was different from the other one. It was put in upside-down . Which I fixed. The widow blade motor just quit on me today in the middle of a storm. And they put a new radiator in and new hoses. My warranty is out barely, but I really do believe that they use old reused parts. Wont go there again, I spent a lot of money for everything that I spent for, go wrong.
Got me in for a next day appt. inspection. Very friendly, they were ready for my appt. and they worked quickly.
The waiting area was clean, no negative issues.
Fast, friendly service. I was in a position where they could have taken advantage of me if they wanted to, but they remained honest and only fixed what I needed without adding any unnecessary tasks. Will definitely use them again
I love this small service shop. They listen well and do a great job at a very fair price .They take the time to explain problems before the repair is started and give you a reasonable cost estimate. I like the folks doing the work and will return for future repairs!!!!
Had vehicle towed here because I suspected PCM problems. I wanted someone to test it before I dropped $1000+ at the dealership. No problem they said on the phone. I pictured a tech testing the ohms on all the PCM circuits which I would have done myself if I had the time or knew this shop was incapable. Next day, yeah that could be the problem is what they tell me, we don't have the means to actually test it.(cheap multimeter is all you need) Thanks for wasting 24hrs and charging $100 to tell me nothing. Absolutely nothing.
I had a dragging-sticking right front brake on a F150. They got to it on a Thursday afternoon (late), They fixed it Friday morning.
Great Place. They drove us to a close hotel and then picked us up next morning after they fixed my truck. We were from out of town.
