Best WLM Reviews

I went there for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner with 12 people, service and food was good!
I walked in and heard a male voice from the kitchen say, "there's a *racial slur* out there." Then I heard a female voice attempt to "shhhhhhh!" him. I did not feel safe, I felt that I was in danger and I quickly removed myself from the premises.
That place is not safe for anyone.
There is no telling what that repulsive individual is doing to customers' food.
All of my family from Ohio always make Bob Evans references, so maybe I had overhyped what to anticipate.
Disclaimer: I’ve been to other Bob Evans before with a consistently mediocre yet not terrible experience, but this was... not great.
Those who got breakfast seemed pretty satisfied, so perhaps just stick with the A.M. side of the menu. Everything else was less than desirable.
As a former waiter, I typically try to be as low maintenance as possible, however I felt uncomfortably needy as we kept having to remind our waitress of things we had requested for that she continually neglected. We also had to send back two of our five orders, one because it wasn’t right and the other because the steak came out charred but raw (maybe that’s medium rare in Ohio?). It was an impressive feat, but inedible.
The macaroni and cheese was tasty, the fries were good... basically just stick with sides and breakfast and you’ll be okay, assuming they remember to put in your order (yeah, our waitress also forgot to put in several things and blamed the kitchen).
Its always hard to not over order here. We always order some of everything. Gracious servings, great service and courteous prices. The food is gosh darn good too. This one in particular is a little better than the other ones I've been to.
HEY MADDIE PENFOLD!
Based upon your 1/2 hour to possibly 1 hour visit to Bob Evan’s that day, I wouldn’t be playing Monday morning quarterback.
I could slam your friend Karen (justly named) but instead I’ll just take care of you.
Obviously YOU stated YOU are not a manager. Therefore , YOU can’t say squat about your neighbors yard. If it’s so easy and you know so much then why aren’t you managing?
You should know, that managers can’t be everywhere all at once since their duties are numerous.
Beings that Emily has made it further in life than you at age 21 does not mean you need put young people down.
Instead of talking smack about our young people who are out there trying to start their lives, maybe you should have talked to Emily and offered her your “expertise” instead.
You know, teach instead of knocking down.
Perhaps your friend Karen needs some of your serving advice so that she could make manager and get Emily’s wage.
Pretty sad when you write a review based upon that one visit about a girl who works her butt off and makes manager at 19 while also going to college and living on her own.
Remember folks - there’s 2 sides to every story and then there’s the truth.
Maddie Penfold needs to stay in her lane until she can compete.
It's ok. Service is usually subpar but the food is good. The last waitress we had chuckled when we told her that we found cooked food that we didn't order in one of the drinks then did nothing about it
The service was wonderful but the food was lacking. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. I ask for wheat bread toasted instead of the bun roll. The bread was over toasted and dry and burned. The chicken was rubbery. My coffee was cold. However the fries were ok. Very disappointed just left the chicken and all the bread. First time in many visits I have had to leave my food on the plate????... Laura A
Our waitress was named Karen, not a Karen,a dumb joke we all laughed at ???? and we were there on Dec 3rd around 11am,the food was very good and it was very packed. Our waitress Karen had everything to us fast and kept checking in on us. Overall great experience with a seasoned waitress.
