Absolutely terrible experience. We were the only table here for dinner, the restaurant was EMPTY minus us, and we WAITED AND WAITED for over an hour and a half. Our server checked in on us maybe 3 times during the entire almost TWO hours we waited and waited. All of our orders were missing something or were cold or burnt/over fried. Missing toast. Missing bread. Missing sides. Burnt fried chicken. Burnt skillet. Cold carrots. Cold green beans. They had no regular cups (they said) so we got to-go cups for drinks, which we had to ask to refill as we were waiting. Additionally, the restrooms were both left in a state of disarray, with cleaners left by the sinks and things sprayed with cleaner, but not wiped down yet. Incredibly disappointing experience.
I ordered the Slow-Roasted Turkey and Dressing Family meal. With sides listed carrots, mash potatoes, half rolls/half biscuits. The carrots and the cornbread stuffing were soggy and tasted like the container it was sitting in for hours. The rolls were hard. The apple pie was decent. There was no cranberry relish nor butter in the bag.
First time eating at a Bob Evans. It’s like a cross between an IHOP and a Cracker Barrel. It was good. We were seated promptly and our waitress was pleasant and kept our coffee cups full. We had the Caramel Apple French Toast and Banana Berry Pancakes. It was good, but not great. I’d try something different if I return. My only complaint is that we bought a loaf of pumpkin bread to take home and it was not good at all. It had a weird taste that none of us liked. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to eat at another Bob Evans again and I recommend this location.
Haven't been to a Bob Evans in many years. Stopped here for a quick breakfast.
The place is clean and the staff attentive. My wife's rancher potatoes were a major disappointment. The potatoes themselves had a rancid oil taste as did the bacon crumbles. Two bites and she left the rest. My over east eggs were very small but cooked correctly. Bacon and sausage were fine. The hash browns were barely cooked with the center potatoes being almost raw. The hotcakes were of a "cake" consistency without any discerning flavor of their own.
We won't be dining at Bob Evans again.

*Note this review was completed without using ridiculous undiscriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, or kids emojis etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees but no one cares about the waiter/waitress/clerk names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. No we don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food.

Food (exceptional) fresh, beautifully placed on plates. Atmosphere very comfortable.
But by far the best waitress, we had our entire trip. Excellent service, wonderful disposition. We were impressed.
Let us add here that we had just left DC on Pennsylvania Ave & Scott Circle, where there is nothing but exceptional food and service, and this Bob Evans took the star for our 5 day trip. Thank you, Bob Evans, for a superb meal & relaxing time spent.
Not very welcoming at all, it felt like we were trespassing or something. The order was wrong, the server intentionally avoided us twice and the biscuits and gravy looked absolutely terrifying.
What made me leave this review was the response I got when I corrected the server about my toast. I ordered wheat toast, but got what looked liked rye. The server argued that it is a multi grain. I reminded her, I ordered wheat. She said they replaced there wheat with this multi grain. I said I hear you but I wanted wheat. She did not offer me anything in place of my wheat toast. She stated her case and walked away. I also, asked for my toast to be buttered. The cook only buttered one toast. I believe they do have wheat toast. I asked for my toast to not be cut. Apparently my order came up with cut toast, when she asked for another order of toast not cut, a reply from the kitchen was, it frozen. That’s how I ended up with the wrong toast. The decaf coffee was nearly clear. I hope they did not give me regular coffee. If so, that will be a big problem. I am allergic to caffeine.
Ordered from here on doordash, paid for loaded home fries, they weren’t loaded at all (whatever). But there was also a 3.5 inch long black wavy hair mixed into my eggs. Completely unsatisfying.
