I loved the customer service from Ms. Patty; she is so kind and has a charming face. The food has an authentic taste, and I loved it.
Must try their cappuccino, caramel mocha, omelets, pancakes, amazing chicken tenders, tasty cinnamon bites, and fresh soft biscuits.
I would highly recommend this place; it's better than other options like IHOP, Perkins, and others.
Kids friendly environments
Really enjoyed the lemon pepper sole. Our waitress was very nice. A nice change of food from your typical chains.
The food was good... But it was a bit overpriced. It was understaffed, and our server was obviously overwhelmed... A couple of our items were incorrect (sides were not what we asked for, and garnish was missing on the soup : bacon and chives, as shown)... But the overall experience was positive, and I'd go back. Thank you to everyone who was working and trying their best. (Note: the bathroom was also unable to be used because of the mess. I won't explain why, but I'm sure you can imagine why...).
We ordered the half salad combo with soup, and a lemon pepper sole with upgraded onion rings .The plates were well portioned for the price . There was a bit of a wait to be seated, and the food took a while to arrive. The restaurant was short staffed and our waitress was very apologetic about it. But it's all good because we had a nice meal.

We had a delightful breakfast experience here! The staff was friendly and accommodating, happily swapping my fried eggs for scrambled and bacon for chicken sausage. The eggs and pancakes tasted fresh and delicious. Plus, we were fortunate to arrive just before the rush, ensuring a pleasant and unhurried meal. Would definitely recommend!
Sausage were burnt. My omelet tasted like it sat under a warming light too long. Oatmeal with strawberries were very bland.strawberries were sour. Blueberries lacked flavor . Grandkids said pancakes were dry.
Coffee tasted like warm tea with cream. Very weak.
No, those aren't hockey picks in the photos. Those are the burnt dried out sausage!!!.
Very disappointed. I haven't been to a Bob Evans and ages. Now I know why

I entered this location and was pleasantly seated by hostess.
Said my server would be with me in a min.
15min later...no server. OK.. no problem as I'm reading trying to wind down from a stressful night shift.
A gentleman walks in and is seated by the hostess. Within a min he is being poured coffee.
I ask the server did he just walk in as I wasn't sure. Surprised by his shift service.
Server...Yes
So I've been sitting here 15min, how does he get served before me?
He is a regular I know him...she says with a smile.
Well..I immediately get up and drive down the street to Dennys. Before I even take my seat I'm asked what would I like to drink?
Black coffee please and thank you. Next 5min my order is in.
