We ordered 2 of the new salads. The steak salad was perfect. My strawberry salad was ALL wrong. No pecans, no strawberries, no fruit at all. There were extra items such as cucumber which I don’t like. The server was very nice about it but we had waited about 40 minutes for the food as they were packed. I didn’t want to wait any longer. One of the servers was so rude to a lady at the table next to us that she left. The servers were all yelling and having fun.
Taken to dirty table. Had to ask for silverware 4 times so I could even eat. Repeatedly had to ask for water refills.
Two at the table ordered the Legendary Turkey sandwich.
Neither one came as described.
They both were missing the bacon and mayo. Didn't send them back because it took 25 minutes to get our food after we ordered. Kinda crazy for a place that only had two other seated tables.
Server was pretty much non-existant.
Ordered a family meal for carryout for our Easter dinner. Seems like they got all the items right this time. Super glad I was not eating in the restaurant because it was freezing. 58° outside and I'm pretty sure it was colder inside the building. I'm sure I will be reheating all of my food when I get home. Also don't expect things to be ready at the time. My food was supposed to be ready at 5:45 and I didn't walk out of there until 6:00.
Update: They forgot the gravy on the country fried steak. Luckily I'm only 5 minutes away. And yes, all of the hot food needed Reheated. Photos are the portion size for the family country fried steak dinner w/ green beans, coleslaw, cheddar potato soup(which is just cheesy potato chunks not soup), and the tiny cup of gravy they gave me for 6 steaks when I went back.
Coming in with my cousins for a sleepover, although everyone’s food was great for the most part, accept for the wildfire sauce. Now when you hear wildfire you think burning like super spicy but no! It was extremely sweet like eating pure honey but looked like canes sauce? My fries were good until I found a gray chunk in the middle of one of my fries. Our server had amazing dedication though and was certainly doing her job to the fullest!
I placed my order online and parked in the pickup parking space. I called Bob Evans and notified them that I was there. I was told he was making my salad and it would be out. I sat in my car for 20 minutes! I get out of my car and go in to get my salad myself. There was 3 orders ready at the register. I gave my name and was told the completed orders were not mine. The service worker asked the young man about my order and she told me it would be a minute. I WAIT SEVERAL MORE MINUTES and watch the young man flirt with another employee. Another employee asked me my name and my order was sitting there ALREADY complete. Never again will I purchase anything from this Bob Evans.
Currently at the establishment and it took 40 minutes for us to be seated. The staff seemed very nice but the urgency at this specific one was very poor. My family and I watched as 13/14 different families walked out due to a high 40/45 minute wait to be seated while there were 16 tables or available for seating that we counted on our way to the table we were beating seated at. They said the kitchen was backed up but, The manager was never seen, at least by us. Usually the manager walks around and greats people and asks if everything is good and how the experience was and that never happened and the lack of help to the employees was even more disappointing because if they were so backed up the manager you would think would be all over the place helping out. The in-house customers should definitely be top priority but it seemed like they were more worried about the Togo orders or the “DoorDash” orders than the live customer. We love Bob Evans but this specific one was definitely not one we’d ever come back to unfortunately!! Not to mention it took 35/40 mins to get our food and it was just breakfast! Absolutely ridiculous at any place! As we were seated this was a few pics of the place without putting any faces in them and as you can tell PLENTY of seating the there was still a pile of people standing up front waiting to be seated!
I walked inside and promptly seated. Waitress was right there taking order for drinks. I started looking at all the people doing their jobs, and they were all in a good mood.
It was very refreshing to see these days. Keep up the good work.
