The entire experience was great. Service was fast and very friendly. Food was served hot and they allowed me to make changes. Example: I don't like hash browns so they let me get mashed potatoes. Cost was well worth it.
Always enjoy it
A good meal at "Bob's" but depending on the individual locations quality can be very different results from store to store. And always have the option of ordering something else other than breakfast and rarely have abilities to order non breakfast entrees. I grew up on my paw paws farm and as soon as he was done with the milking in the morning was ready for a big breakfast and then maw maw always took care of her man. Being the biggest meal ever always!! Fried chicken legs and peppered beaks( beaks were extremely crunchy lol) was just a stapilty of the normal breakfast. I ordered the butter chicken with mash taters and corn and biscuits was delicious and very good and had the flavor of bone in chicken as close as possible and I have to say I was impressed by that stores quality and if you're ever around the London area ( exit 79 on rt. 70) and the home cooked meal is the choice they are going to have to be your best choice. Very good and job well done and I will be back to their location in my very near future. loosened my belt was for the rest of my delicious meal!!
Our server was wonderful (Mike, believe). The food was pretty good, I’m just not sure about the tiny, greasy hash brown.
When I arrived home with to go order realized my sausage gravy and hash browns were not in bag. I did go back to pick up . When arrived back home husband informed me his triangle donuts was supposed to have a dipping icing and the small container was there but empty. I proceeded to get my food together to find my cup of gravy was only half full, my biscuits were so hard I could only eat the inside and my hash browns were burnt. Not sure if it's because it's a to go order and they normally don't have to face the customer but this was ridiculous. This is my first review ever thats how bad it was.
Every time you get carryout from here your food is always cold they cut you short on the food that you order definitely will not be coming back there again
This was terrible, green beans were cold, the chicken was dry and paper thin, no salad dressing, and 30 minutes late because no one took the order off the computer. The young lady ignored us and was rude.
This was our second try at Bob’s but thinking service was bad because of Covid.
The place is grossly understaffed. Came in at 10 am on a Sunday. The dining room was half empty, but there was still a line filling the entry. We waited 15 minutes before anyone even manned the host station to put our name on the list. Half a dozen other groups came in and left while we waited — they were the smart ones. We finally got seated after 30 minutes of waiting… and then the waitress didn’t come to take our order or bring us water for another 20 minutes. All in all we didn’t get our food (all basic breakfast quick on the griddle type stuff) until over 90 minutes after we came in. It seemed as though our waitress was.. not supposed to be a waitress, but was being pressed into the role in her “spare” time (I saw her running ragged around the restaurant the whole time she wasn’t bringing us refills or taking our order). When our food eventually came it was lukewarm and the potatoes weren’t fully cooked.
I wish we could stiff the restaurant but still tip the waitress. Management needs to pay what it takes to staff the place or stop wasting everyone’s time.
I was with a group of 7. We were seated quickly. Our waitress, Sara, was very friendly & did a very good job. The food was terrible though. Everyone’s food was cold. The coffee was even cold. Our waitress brewed a fresh pot for us and it was good. The floors were filthy. Menus were sticky. Eating at a restaurant is a financial splurge for most people with families nowadays. It’s so disappointing when the food & atmosphere is gross.
