Been here several times and the service and waitresses gave really went down hill Morning and afternoon . you have to ask for more drink more napkins .Few waitresses are good but one looks strung out all the time. Another actually wears sunglasses sometimes.Just making the place look bad .need to do something.new hostess/seating person doesn't know her job either . we had to tell her booth she didn't ask .then she got snarky when we did request a booth over a table .foods decent.prefer west broad location for wait staff.
Bob Evans Saturday late evening was not busy at all. I thought they were closed but seen someone go in. Waitress Toni with braids, she was great. Very kind Waitress and very helpful. Food was good of the biscuits and gravy.
Came here for a bunch with my family and seemed like there was a good amount of people. We waited about 5-10 minutes for a table. I've mostly known bob evans for breakfast but they had a Dang Hot Chicken sandwich that looked good. I had that and my wife had the dang hot chicken dinner. They were okay. It was basically fried chicken drizzled with hot sauce and ranch. I guess i was having hopes that it would be like a Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Service was decent, the waitress corrected herself on forgetting my lemon with my tea so that was good. It's usually a coin toss for restaurants to remember. She didn't end up refilling it though. The atmosphere wasn't anything super special. It fit the theme of the place though. We will be back to try some breakfast though and i can revisit this review.
I ordered take out, country fried steak, Mac n cheese and the holy cow dessert. The county fried steak was ok. The Mac n cheese was absolutely disgusting, very cold and had some plastic in it. The dessert was good but I barely got any ice cream. I could tell that the food was packed in a hurry. I'm very disappointed.
The service here was great. We arrived by bicycle in the extreme early of the morning the place was just opening and the service was amazing. There's nothing wrong with the place it is by definition bob Evans.
The food felt to be cookie cutter and unoriginal but if you're looking for the standard Bob Evans experience you'll get the standard Bob Evans experience.

Food was terrible. They forgot condiments except dressing for my salad. I got six of those for one salad. Got turkey and dressing and only had just a tad of gravy on the Taters they also forgot the cranberry relish. How could you forget that? You guys dropped the ball on this one. 50 bucks worth????

Well some people just climb out of bed, put their robe on & come here lol. This one probably the worst bobs I've been too. It wasn't that bad but below par to the chain
