Bob is great. Very honest and you can trust him. Fit me in with a brake issue and he finished the job quicker than we agreed upon. And the price was much lower than I expected. Bob will be my go to from now on.
They helped my 22 year old daughter with an issue she was having with her car. They didn’t try to upsell her on something the car didn’t need — which has happened in another place in Moneta. I’d definitely take one of our cars here again.
My family has been using Mr. Dement's shop.for many years. He carefully listens to you describe the problem with your vehicle then asks questions to further elicit needed details. When necessary he offers alternative solutions and a cost range for repairs. He uses good parts and always completes the repair when promised. He is our "go to guy" and a "keeper" when it comes to maintaining our vehicles.

The other day he went out of his way to fit me in for an oil change. My appointment was at 4:30 I couldn't figure out why it was taking so long. He came in the office and said I needed front brakes. The price was very reasonable. The service was done at 6:00pm. Still couldn't figure out why it was still taking so long. He came in the office and told me he went ahead and did my state inspection it expired back in December. I never noticed it expired. He took time to care for me he could have told me to schedule an appointment for the inspection he went ahead and did it anyway.
Thanks Bob your a great guy. By the way the whole bill for the oil change, brake job and inspection was a little over $200. Great ???? job Bob.

I had an overheating issue with my truck. Bob kept me in the loop while he was checking everything out. The bottom line is that he is very straight forward and does quality work at reasonable rates. Thank you very much.
I would recommend Bob Dement's. The shop is always clean and he is a truly nice man. He will you the truth about your car and whether he can do the repairs. If he can't he has no problem recommending you to someone else but for every repair we've had he's been able to handle them and handle them at a fair price.
