Our car got dented, minor damage, luckily. Ander at Bo's was very helpful and attentive during the whole process of getting the car repaired. It has been a long time since we had such courteous service from a business. We were kept informed about the process from repairs to when the car would be finished. Luckily, it ended up being done a few days ahead of schedule. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Very nice shop! Newer building. Top notch equipment. Owner John is very passionate about his shop and his employees being like family. Travis also. Body tech Mike has amazing auto body talent and experience and is very thorough with every job he does. He's been doing body work for over 20 years, 12 years with Bo's. Dean, one of the painters has been with Bo's almost the same and is also one of the best out there. He takes pride in his work and makes sure every little thing is perfect! Tyler is the one that painted my car last week and wow! It is glass finish perfect! Could not be more happy with the entire experience and outcome. Thank you Bo's team! ????????
Best experience I have ever had with repairing a vehicle. Customer service was top notch! Communication was amazing! I got my vehicle back before the anticipated date. I have absolutely no negative feedback! Great company! I cannot express how much they have done for me and my family! I will forever recommend them!
Really nice group of guys and very professional, especially John and Phil. Our insurance carrier payment process was very aggravating, but these guys were patient and super helpful throughout. The work on our truck was high quality as well!
These guys are tremendously talented. Took my Pioneer Airconditioning work van and made it look better than new. It was in an accident. They were fast and honest and professional in every way that matters.
It is an amazing place! I had brought my crv in for repair through insurance caused by someone hitting the back end of it. Not only were they professional in handling customers their work is an amazing representation of their skill trade! Crystal inside the office is like talking to a long time friend, very kind, efficient, and welcoming. I had a question about a repair on the car and the shop manager met me outside and answered every question I had with such ease. All around very impressed and would highly recommend!
Have had a wonderful experience with Bo's. I was hit (brand new, month old car!) and my insurance arranged for my car to be repaired at Bo's Collision East.
The staff was wonderful! From the intake to the daily updates via text, I was completely pleased with the service for my car, as well as the customer care. The daily updates were extremely helpful because I work an hour away. The Bo's team also taught me a few things, since this was my first accident/collision.
While I hope to never have to use them again (!) I would definitely return to Bo's if I experience another accident. Thank you, Bo's team, for taking care of my beloved new car (Snowball).
