When it comes to the crain operators this place a hell hole. You sit for hours then get skipped over buy trucks pulling in after you not to mention if you call in on them or ask for a supervisor you skipped for another hour. Upper management needs to address these issues because they work together to keep all issues hidden....
the interview i arrived early as i was supposed to, apparently i was too early for Patricia she begged for 5 mins to take a black and mild smoke break. fine no big deal i guess... strike one.
she told me to be present orientation wed at 11:00am
i arrived at 10:45 early again waited and waited for patricia she never showed up i asked co workers had they seen ms patricia everyone seem unconcerned and just said oh shes not here... what? why not? im here for a class that she schedule ! i took off of work for today
she never shows up what so ever
I waited in the parking lot from 10:45 to 12:30 pm you guys how unprofessional ! i wanted to scream i took off 12 hours to handle this and it was a complete failure
she never remembers a employees name how is she a manager?
She asked us over and over again what our names were and even forgot she was meeting a few of us, were waiting we see her leaving we call her on the phone " hey did you forget about us"? her response oh baby i thought i was looking for a lil white boy?? what?? but wed just spoke to her 10 mins prior.?
she needs to be fired man
she was so unorganized and unfit to be in human recourse position. who knows if she was being truthful the experience was horrendous.
she complained about no call no show for interviews
i can see why?? shes never there to handle her business all day people rode around looking at me like wow shes still here??
Who do I send the invoice to for the amount of labor due to the disruption of your imports.
Y'all owe me 2,500.00 for delays outside your perimeter.
If you cannot take on the capacity of your imports. Then you should import less in order to prevent inconveniencing the world around you.

To all the SHIPPING Mongols who ship with containers your freight is late due to this rail yard and not the drivers and I see now why truck driver's are so frustrated! Trucking companies stand up your drivers when they complain about the rail yards!!!
Nasty attitude from the girl who opened the door. I was trying to do my job in the poring rain and she insisted that I stepped out of the door & was going to get security.
