please do NOT go here. The service is HORRIBLE and the customer service is non-existent. They have zero respect for women customers. I was over talked, disrespected by a mechanic (called out of my name), and practically ignored when trying to speak with the cashier/manager about the issues with my car. They will try to over charge you on your quote for work that isn’t necessary and then ASSUME you can’t afford the service by trying to rope you into some ‘no interest installment plan’. Please do yourself a favor and seek help elsewhere. You’ll thank me later. I can’t post unless I leave a star but just know this place is work ZERO stars.
Will Husham yell loudly for his mechanics when he wants them to come over and answer a question? Yes. Does the business look like it belongs in a Mad Max movie? Yes. But will you get new tires for a cheaper price, and have your car ready within the hour? Also, yes.

HE ORDERS PARTS FROM THE AUTOZONE ACROSS THE STREET USING HIS COMMERCIAL CODE AND IS ALSO IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH THE WORKERS THERE WHOM HE CALLS AND ADVISES WHEN PEOPLE ARE COMING TO BUY PARTS, CHARGES YOU REGULAR NON COMMERCIAL PRICE PLUS MORE ,ON TOP OF THE LABOR FEE!!!! HE ALSO TRIES TO FORCE YOU TO SIGN UP FOR ACIMA CREDITS AND LIES AND TELL YOU THEY DONT RUN YOUR CREDIT BECAUSE HE THINKS THATS WHAT “NO CREDIT NEEDED MEANS” WHEN THEY DO ACTUALLY RUN AND REPORT TO YOUR CREDIT !!!!!!!!! Top tier service at BNH Auto. Husham is great knowledge and honest. He worked hard to find the aftermarket parts for my car so I didn’t have to pay OEM prices. Don’t bother with the other auto shops in the area this is the place to go.
If I could leave zero stars for this place I would. RUDE STAFF. Totally unacceptable behavior, particularly towards women. I was called the B word for asserting myself and calling them out on their igregious behavior. The mechanic with the locs is the absolute worst of the worst. And the manager does nothing to stop the treatment. They overcharge for service as well. Do NOT go here.
DO NOT GO HERE - POOR TIRES USED. I visited for a replacement tire a couple of months ago. Turns out, the tire they installed was hardly capable of being on the road. It’s been punctured multiple times, and recently broke completely. My gf had the same problem—a separate mechanic said that her tire should never have been allowed on a vehicle. This shop gives you garbage tires under the illusion that it’s an affordable alternative. Don’t go unless you want to replace the tire within a couple months. Or if you want your tire to burst on the highway and kill you. I doubt these positive reviewers have realized yet that they got screwed. Save yourself the trouble.
Got my alternator and tires replaced in an hour. They gave me a better deal than other shops I checked with as well! I’ll be coming back for other services.
