I don't know who is leaving good reviews of this place other than the friends and family of Brian, he is rude and his attitude is terrible. Those traits would be excusable if he was a honest mechanic that did good work but unfortunately he rips people off with his prices and preforms unnecessary work, does not call to confirm if you want the work done he just does it and overcharges.
THEY SCREWED ME OVER.
I needed a fuel pump. I asked them to change the fuel filter ($12 part BTW) and inspect it....
INSTEAD THE AS FAR AS I KNOW changed the pump charged me OVER 800.00 AND TOLD ME TO PAY that off or they WON'T TOUCH IT!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE FOR SERVICE ????????!
Went there to get an initial estimate on a repair to my bumper, guy was behind the counter smoking a cigarette, didn’t acknowledge me for a solid 3-5 minutes. Once he finally did he asked what I needed and I said I just called about getting an estimate. He walked outside, took a quick glance and asked if I was using insurance. I said yes, and told him how much they estimated it to cost. He said that sounds more than reasonable, but I asked if he thinks it would cost less. Immediately told me “you’re not making money off me, BYE” and turned around and closed the door. Sounds like a really fantastic business model to get customers. Would never recommend even stepping foot on this property.
Listen... I had no problem with this place. Let me start off by saying they have very good prices. However. I called them a few days ago and asked about getting my wheels powder coated and I was told on the phone it was $20 a wheel so how could pass that up. (BTW I had my wheels sandblasted there and I was very happy with them) I went there and the lady told be again it was only $20 a wheel for a gloss white powder coat. Great. Dropped the wheels off with a buddy of mine to the owner I believe (said nothing about pricing while I was dropping them off) anyways, few days go by and I get a call this morning saying they messed up on the price and that it was gonna cost me more. (AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE) so i went there and told them I wasn’t paying that because I was told $20 a wheel TWICE. (It’s usually $80 a wheel WHICH is a very good price) however if I knew that before they did them I wouldn’t have had them do it because I had some unexpected things to pay for. I would have waited until I got my money back together. They did make the sale for what I was told and when I went around back to pick them up the owner I believe told me he was debating on giving me my wheels back or not. I told him no it’s not my fault I was wrongfully quoted twice then he just throws the first two wheels in the back of my car. Real nice customer service pal. You could have handled this situation many different ways and this review didn’t have to be made. But here we are.
I find Brian's place to be the best around. If EVER I have an issue he says, bring it in and it is like magic it gets fixed! The people are friendly and I love to talk to Lisa she's very very nice. Plus, when they do a great job, we always take them coffee and donuts. Its been many coffee's and donuts!
Have been going there for twenty plus years good work fair prices. Never had any issues.
I absolutely love the place! Knowledgeable people, they care about safety. I told them I was concerned about my safety while driving my car, and even though they were extremely busy they asked if I could bring the car right in for them to check out. It was a nice surprise
Brian the owner had always taken care of me very well in the past. Very reasonable honest and good pricing. I saw the delivery Bill's on counter for this repair. 30 and 93 dollars . I paid your mechanic handsomely for my repairs. Thank you and I will not pay them handsomely again
