Not sure why bunch of not so smart haters who look like they’re all together and most of them are from the same country. Have all decided to leave a negative review on the same date????. Super smart guys! LOL.

I personally took my Maserati, GT to this place for service, and to replace the AC compressor and belts, after Maserati dealer gave me a crazy coat. BMI luxury serviced my car adjust two days for less than half of what the dealer was asking for. They also replaced my steering wheel with a carbon fiber one (picture attached) for a very reasonable price. The service and people are very professional and reliable. I would definitely recommend.

I had Ray and his team do a pre-purchase inspection on my Aston Martin DB9. They went through the entire vehicle to ensure it was in good repair and safe. I was extremely pleased with the service provided and recommend it to everyone.

I have been servicing my S550 at BMI for a long time and they have been excellent. Great people hard to find honest shop nowadays.

Beware! Unreliable Service and Dishonest Practices

I had my car serviced at BMI recently, and I am extremely disappointed with the outcome. They charged me a whopping $13,000 for engine repairs, promising quality work and providing a warranty for 1 year or 12,000 miles of the services rendered. And, my engine broke down after just 1000 miles, not even 1000 miles, leaving me stranded and facing significant repair costs once again.

Despite the warranty provided by BMI “LUXURY” auto, they have completely ignored my requests for assistance and have shown a complete lack of responsibility for the faulty work they performed. Their customer service is abysmal, and their lack of accountability is appalling. I have been promised a callback for the past three weeks and have not heard anything.

I have a Mercedes-Benz GLK350 and BMI takes care of all my regular maintenance and repairs. They are very honest and friendly, and they provide great quality service at a great price.

Let me start by saying that I would never again recommend this place and I would give them 0 stars if that option was available. They put a remanufactured engine in our car and gave us a 12 month 12k miles warranty but less then 3 months and 1k miles engine head gasket is gone and they are not honoring the warranty and trying to charge 7000 to fix the car. The car has been there for a month now and they keep saying they’re gonna call us. We are going to take a legal action because they also took paperwork out of the car and switched it however, we have copies of it.

I took my car to BMI Auto after going to Porsche Service and received an evaluation that costs several thousands dollars.

Beware Dont Waste Your Time! Unreliable Service and Dishonest Practices, These guys have the worst attitude and keep your car for and extremely long time , with more excuse on why they cant complete the repair. Jay is disrespectful, egotistical , and has a narcissistic attitude and appears to be a driven socialpath. He speak to customers with so much contempt and disdain, and do not respect people time and or money.. The business operates with a young assistant that seem to display no concern for the long wait you are given for small task on your car either . Beware stay away. they also upsell and overcharge. If you want to be overcharged and mistreated this is the place you should go!!
