I had called to reserve a ride to the airport and spoke to Pam. She is so sweet and was really helpful. I then later had to call to cancel and spoke to the owner Ed. He was very kind and empathetic to my situation. He offered suggestions and options with his taxi services. He also went above and beyond by suggesting other options that were outside of his services which I thought was very good customer service. He spent the time to understand my situation and offered some great advice! I highly recommend this taxi service Bluhawk Taxi. Amazing services amazing customer service and down right amazing people! Was there when my flight came in at 1230am vehicle clean and ready to go got me to the B and B my brother and his wife had arranged and was able to take me to the Y Hotel when I went. It was a stressful trip being here for my dad's services it was great to have a nice person that was dutiful (yes Ed dutiful) in his job. I'd recommend him and his services highly. Thank you!
I never taken a taxi in general but one of your employees in a black van pulled an illegal. She cut through a parking lot so she didn't have to wait for the traffic light on summitview in front of fiddlesticks She could have killed somebody. Train your employees better. Thank you.

Taxi was very clean.
Great service from truck stop to bank and back. Enjoyed the ride and chatting with the owner. Called me as she got to truck stop and picked me up at my truck even after I offered to meet her at the bldg. Nice clean cab/van also. Left a decent tip even thou was a bit more then what she said on phone. It's ok thou was worth it for sure. Will use them for bank runs when I'm in town for sure.
Amazing customer service, answered my calls quickly and answered all of my questions and assured me about my doubts. The driver was courteous and talkative throughout the ride and made me feel safe. As a woman I never ride alone and the driver never made me feel uncomfortable. Definitely use this businesses services again.
This taxi company did amazing job. They are friendly people and always on time. Every time I need ride they’re always available for me. Love how they care about customers and pay attention when driving.

We used this taxi service for our anniversary. We will use again, when needed. He was polite, friendly, called us when he was close. His driving was safe, he made us feel comfortable. The rates were good. Van was clean and not a heavy air freshener smell.
