Horrible customer service. The lady working the desk was rude, paid a lot of money just for the welding to come undone within seconds of picking up my vehicle. Will not recommend this place to anyone and honestly needs to be shut down or get a new staff.

This place had really gone down hill. First, the lady at the counter was so rude to me right out of the gate. Then after they were done with it, I get my car back and it reeks of pot inside.

Jim did some exhaust work for me and he did a great job. The finished product exceeded my expectations. Excellent work

Everyone was so helpful and cheerful! Mr. Priest was very informative about my car and its needs. AND they only did what needed to be done. I didn't need the whole catalytic converter changed - just the solenoids. And since it hadn't had a tune-up in 3 years, he checked the spark plugs and found they definitely needed change. The price ended up being half of what we thought. What a blessing this shop is!!! I will take my car back if/when it needs work - even though it is a 1/2 an hour away.

I would suggest not going here. Custom service is terrible. That’s coming from my husband as well and he doesn’t say that about many. My vehicle was there for 3 days. Came out of the shop running terrible. Basically told me it needed a lot of work. Even though I had zero problems besides a loud exhaust going in. We hauled in home on a trailer. Just don’t go. Narrow minded. Didn’t care to make it right.

Nice people , they do great work , reasonable and they are always busy.

Worst Experience I've ever had... and used to really like this place. Made an appointment for on a Monday for Friday at 9am and our vehicle wasn't even put into the shop til late afternoon!

Was told by An Autozone employee ,after a diagnostic test, that my alternator was bad. Ok

Told these people that and when I picked it up( at quarter til 5pm!) after they changed it out, was told. "Problem isn't your alternator, probably wasn't even bad".

Then why the hell change it!

Long story short.. charged $450 to replace a most likely good part and my vehicle isn't even fixed!

I will not be going here again.

I've learned my lesson.

Excellent service, got us in right away even though it was lunch time. Very grateful for the service at Bluff Custom Muffler!
