Owner takes no responsibility for issues caused I'd be cautious taking my vehicle here. My vehicle was in for service and while in service an employee of this shop dinged my car door. Not that big a deal its an accident but an accident requires accountability. The employee left so i went to speak with the shop owner who very clearly and angrily stated that his employee fif nothing and his shop is not responsible. I wish that was the case because then there would have been any damages. Something so minimal that could have a resolution instead is met with ridiculous outrage and blame. So question whether you should repair your vehicle here. If they make a mistake expect them to take you to court before they agree they were wrong.

Employees that caused the damage came back took responsibility, apologized and made things right. The owner was still yelling and irate with an extreme lack of professionalism.

Arman is the best! Incredible service, quick and knowledgeable. I came in with a flat tire and he tried to patch it, but it was too much. He was able to get a tire, replace it and had me on my way in under 30 minutes! I highly recommend if you’re unsure of where to go!

Good and fast service. They know how to keep my tires full of air. I have use them multiple of time for patch, plug, and change of tires. Support local business!!

Horrible experience. I approached the owner asking for a service, but yet the owner responses with lies to twist the expressed in my previous posting.

Everyone beware, the owner seems not to have any scrupulous. Apologies, would have been a better response, than lies. Never coming back here, and will make sure no one I know ( I am a Boca resident) will never come to this place .

Aimen is attentive and knows what he is doing. Amazing service all around and quick, he does not try to sell you on things you don't need to fix. He lets you sit in on repairs instead of sending you too a room to wait, so you know what Is happening with your car. Overall great family service and fair prices, I highly recommend!

The owner of the place acted very aggressive. Went physical on me and turn over a bench where I am sitting at the front of his shop and used profound language. I explained that I do not feel well but he screamed "I don't care it is my bench!" and continued screaming at me. I have this on tape. People at the shop across the street saw that as well and told me that there are many complaints about this person. . I was about calling cops but he backed off

Bluezone is a place you can bring your vehicle and truly trust the mechanic. He not only does the work fast at a fair price but he is not just trying to see how many other things he can do to increase your bill. He only dies what is needed to make sure your vehicle runs right. I have used him for repairing tires to general engine maintenance. If trust is important to you in your car service then Bluezone is the place to go.
