Quaint dock-side restaurant with impeccable service. The salmon special was hearty. Grilled salmon with mango corn chutney, avocado, and seaweed salad. Delicious! Gorgeous view and perfect on a PNW rainy day. Happy New Year!
Place is beautiful, the bathroom is outside before you enter the main entrance and the staff was great. Came here to grab a dinner but the price was a bit elevated so I only went and got the Lumpia. I dont blame them, they are in a secluded island far far away, other than that the place is beautiful especially outside during the Christmas time. Also another thing that was great about the place is its literally by the ferry so no hassle of being late for the ferry when you want a little food before the ride.
5 stars is not even enough..
The food here was incredible. I had chicken Alfredo and added vegetables. My husband had clam chowder and pasta Del Mar.. nothing could have made it any better than what it was.
It was about $84 but worth every penny
We had a great waiter but the food was awful. Their fish was terrible, you could tell the fish wasn’t from the area, it was dry, lacked seasoning, and just sucked. If it was .50cents it would be a different story but over $30 for one dish is, with that quality is just down right disappointing. We have had better seafood in the desert. Please save your money.
Did not know what to expect d/t the restaurants rating on here, BUT, the food we ordered was absolutely amazing! Fresh made pork lumpia, blackened cod tacos & 2 piece fish & chips. We expected the prices. Staff was friendly & helpful. The view is great. They have a pet friendly patio.
Highly recommend, we’d eat here again if we were staying longer.
The food tasted incredible and the portions were so filling that I almost felt bad for not being able to take it back with me off the island. The service was easygoing and the staff were very efficient. If I ever go back to Friday Harbor, I would probably eat here again.
Great place. Took a while to be seated even though they were not busy. However, I understandably places are understaffed. Our server was very kind. The food and drinks were amazing. It was a windy cool evening so I got a yummy warm spiked drink (I don't remember the name of it). The clan chowder was amazing and so was the fish and chips.
Don't expect fast service, but the servers have been great. The view is great and easy to grab a meal before getting on the ferry. They are more expensive than the neighboring restaurants, but offer a 10% discount to first responders. I had the bison burger and had to go back so my son could try it during his visit! My wife had the fish tacos and coconut shrimp, but said they were just okay. She wouldn't order them again.
