The person with this plate picked us up at Seneca casino. Driver then proceeded to pick up another fare then taking her to pick up her son drop them off all the while everyone yelling cause he was wrong. Blames the other lady though. Never again will I use this service and will be reporting this driver. 10 min ride took us 45 mins driving through unknown neighborhoods. Very scary ride
A great cab company. My only complaint is that the ENDLESS *ASTARDS ARE HERE IN NIAGARA FALLS AND BLOCKED MY PHONE FROM REACHING THE CAB COMPANY I PREFER, WHICH IS THIS ONE!

Van #62 is a very aggressive driver. Doing almost 80 in a 55, bobbing and weaving through traffic, cut me off twice. Good job guys.
I'm giving them 5 Stars NOT because I think it's a good company, ran well, with presentable office staff because it's not, in fact it is all of those things and, SO MUCH MORE!! I'm giving them 5 Stars because, my driver goes above and beyond every day, if Jerry comes to get you don't worry, you'll be all good. If Jerry is your driver you can forget all the bad reviews you see here.
They never showed up for a pick up for a doctors appointment and don't pick up the phone most of the time and the man that answers the phone when he feels like it is really rude and swears and yells at you!! He needs to be fired for not doing his job properly and treating people with no respect tyvm!!!

This taxi company is a disgrace. I watched two handicap accessible vans pull up to a man in a wheel chair and tell him no and drive off. I called the man a third taxi and nobody ever showed up. I called your competitor and they were very prompt and professional and had no problems with the man. I would be surprised if that man doesn't sue your company for discrimination.
