Much better than the old restaurant here. Bacon wrapped shrimp - the shrimp were a little raw/cold center, but a beautiful looking dish. Reasonably priced menu. Full cocktail menu...
The food was good, plates were big and loaded, I liked the appatizer- hubby did not. My enchilada didn't seem cooked all the way, I left most of it but the rice was good. Hubby had half of his and took the rest home so his was delicious. We were the only ones in restaurant- they had music playing, but when we sat down, they shut it off and had it going in the back room. When we asked for coffee, they only had instant as an option, so we had tea instead - we were left alone for the most part. They did start music up again near end of meal but also put in a soccer game which competed with the music. I think if they were busier it would have been different.
We had the Molcajete and it was excellent! Friendly service and ample portions.
Chips and salsa were good.
Top shelf tequila available. perfect to up sell margaritas. Too bad no drink menu.
I ordered shredded beef taco, rice, black beans. Plenty of flavor, my rice had a hot pepper mixed in. Beef was authentic. Cojita cheese would be nice on the beans. Average serving size. Blanca is a good person and I look forward to going back. Check this place out. Clean, fantastic TV's, pet friendly on the patio. No wifi.
10 bucks for lunch minimum. 12.00 house margarita. Beer tap was lacking but something for everyone.
My husband and I ordered food from DoorDash, and the dasher took one of our meals! I called Blue taco and explained what had happened and the lady on the phone confirmed she gave the dasher both of our orders and asked if I’d be willing to come pick up a fresh meal since the dasher took our food. I accepted and was very pleased with customer service and also the Food was delicious! Thank you!
Couple of visits and nothing to disappoint the food is delicious and they have a great selection. Of the four dishes tried there is no complaint. The portions are big even for a hungry person. Lovely flavored food and sauces enhance everything it touches.
I originally posted my review on Facebook and got a response that felt targeted and then the restaurant blocked me from there page so I'm posting it here.
I am disabled and use a wheelchair.
They had a big truck and trailer for the
music and it was on the way to enter
The ramp was okay but when I tried to
use the restroom it was not ADA
friendly. I had a very difficult time to
move and couldn't move at all.
Furniture had to be moved and it was
a battle to get inside. Then the
bartender seemed annoyed with us
for no reason. I will never return. If
you have a wheelchair I do not
recommend. I had to get help from
customers. No staff helped. Also
drinks are overpriced.
They responded with "We offer you a comfortable table but you choose the bar." "Our bar have tall chairs and tables of course is difficult to sit on them when you are on a
wheelchair that's why the server offer you a comfortable table but you both choose the
bar."
I replied that "We did choose to sit in the bar. We did not have an issue at all with sitting at the bar."
They then never replied and after they started to get negativity they then blocked me. Not Profesional. If I could rate a 0 I would.
I actually heard about this place from a friend so maybe the dine in experience is better. As far as the to-go/delivery experience goes, I'm super disappointed. The food looks almost as bad as it taste, it lacks flavor. I've never received mexican food in a styrofoam container and look at these portion sizes. First and last time I eat here. Are people really accepting this?
