Disappointed to say my experience was less than good with Blue Sky Nails! We just moved to the area and I've tried Blue Sky 2 times. Both times I was turned away at the door with a rude man saying "were full". The 2nd time I asked if I could make an apt for later in the day or the next day to which he replied "no" and walked away. I thought the first time may have been a fluke but after 2x, I will not try again. 1 Star for customer service alone, cannot speak to their nail service.
Editing to add: I have since pre-made appointments to get my nails done with Hoa and she's amazing! I have been a handful of times and it's always a good experience. I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars because of her alone. However, my original experiences with the guy at the front desk remain, so for now... 4 stars!
I have been going here for about 6 months and have been very happy with their services. They care about the quality of their work and take the time to get to know their customers. I have read a few reviews that have mentioned them being expensive, but I think that the phrase “you get what you pay for” applies. This is not a cookie cutter nail salon that goes for volume. Call ahead and make an appointment so you can make sure you get in and then enjoy the experience. I would also add that everyone that woks there is super nice and welcoming. Always a great time!
Great experience with our pedicures! From the very beginning, it was a pleasure. They even have little chairs for the younger ones. ????

I have been going to this salon since it opened in SF and went to them when they were under a different name doing business in Mooresville. The staff is beyond friendly, the services is always immaculate, and the prices reflect their skills and products used.
I would and have suggested them to anyone and everyone. I have seen them handle situations that they should not have to deal with and they do it with the utmost respect to that individual.

They don't deserve any stars, but had to give them one in order to post this... Took my stepdaughter there to have her 1st experience at a nail salon. We originally scheduled for her to just have her nails painted, she changed her mind and wanted to have a full set of nails done. So we inquired about it when we got there for her appointment and were told they couldn't do it. I thought their prices were on the high side as it was anyway. They even said that they tried to call me before our appointment and there was no call, they mentioned that maybe I gave them the wrong number, I know what my number is and either they didn't call or they wrote it down wrong. Nota good experience. I ended up taking my stepdaughter to another nail salon that wasn't far from Blue sky nails. They were much more accommodating than Blue sky was, they stayed open past their hours to accommodate not only us, but other customers too. It is preprom week and to turn away customers like this isn't good customer service or good for the business, but they didn't seem to care.. We got her nails done and we both walked away super happy with the service. I don't recommend or will I ever recommend Blue sky nails to anyone.
