Best WLM Reviews
Took my wife her for her birthday celebration and the food was delicious. The service was prompt and the server was attentive. They also provided a special dessert for the occasion and the table was dressed in honor of her birthday. Very nice touch. Will make it a point to go back again
This was an amazing place to eat. Great food ans appetizers. The shrimp cocktail was amazing as well as the ribeye. Great prices and the waitresses were finaminal!!! 1st time here and loved everything!!
Best meal I've had this year. We really loved the chicken Geary. The whole meal was great from start to finish. Vegetables and rice cooked to perfection. I'm definitely coming back!!!
Blue Ridge Inn provided an all around great dining experience. My wife and I went on a recent Saturday evening. The Blue Ridge has a cozy, intimate atmosphere. Overall this place checks off several boxes. The menu is small which hopefully means they are stocking fresh items since they don't have a giant menu to be served.
The fire roasted artichoke was delicious. I had the ribeye steak, which was cooked exactly how I ordered it. My wife had the fish and chips, which were excellent. The batter and fry on the fish was perfect. The chips were well seasoned and crispy. The Blue Ridge also has a bar towards the front of the establishment, which looked like a nice place to have a drink. All around a great experience and we will return.
I haven't been here for a couple of years. It was nice to see that the dining room is reopening and dinner service is returning to normal (went once over a year ago, but the food was iffy after COVID reopening). My steak was a little overcooked, but overall, the food was good. Be sure to get the coconut cake. Also, the bar always has great drinks. Kelly was great on table service.
I am so glad this little treasure survived the lockdown the food is superb my son and I got the ribeye steak ???? my wife got the Malaysian shrimp and my sons girlfriend got the chicken we shared a couple bowls of clam chowder really good as well my only complaint is that they no longer have the prime rib on the menu ???? so sad because it had always been so darn good the ribeye steak was delicious and cooked perfectly but if you are a prime rib fan like me it's just not the fix you need.please bring back the prime rib dinner ????️
My husband and I went in to celebrate our anniversary here to eat, have good time and support local business. But regardless of many loyal visits, this visit turned to be very disappointing. The food was well, really nice seasoning and that’s why two starts and not one, because the rest was nothing but disappointing. My husband made the reservation a week ahead of time to explain it was our anniversary. When we can they put us at a wobbly table with a broken chair. The waitress was nice but very inexperienced and didn’t take any effort to improve herself, for example dirty dishes were sitting there forever and had to be reminded to be removed, water is not refiled on time, but all of that was nothing, we decided we won’t care about it but the worst part was yet to come. When we ordered the dessert and asked the waitress to bring It in 10 to 15 minutes because we were full from two appetizers and two main dishes. The waitress said OK, but brought the cake literally in a few minutes telling us at that time that we have to finish our anniversary dinner by seven (and it was 6:55pm the clock when she brought out the cake), it was the first time we’ve heard we had to do the whole dinner in just an hour. We would no go for bottle of champagne, appetizers etc if we knew this is coming. So sure enough we Were forced to take out the dessert with us and that was the end of our dinner. They didn’t even offer to take it off the tab. No one told us at the reservation or even when we came to have dinner that the slots of time are limited to an hour. Even though I understand it might be a Covid related regulation or just the way they structure the bookings but you would expect on your anniversary dinner you would be explained those limitations at least in the beginning of your dinner or even better yet when you make your reservation, given also we spent quite a sufficient amount. That’s why the place gets one star unfortunately because all previous time we had fine experience and I previously left a good review for them But I don’t think they value their customers very well at least they do it very selectively. I hoped they would care for the local community residents, but they didn’t at all and it’s especially disappointing since we used to like dinner last there once in a while.
Our party of five just had the nicest outdoor dinner tonight. The larger side patio was just perfect on a summer evening. The food and service was VERY GOOD and we had a very nice experience. The whole staff tried very hard during these challenging times. They made us two orders of fish and chips even though it was not on the menu. Clam chowder soup was excellent along with the Salmon and Prime Rib. We drove up from Apple Valley, 45 minutes and pledge to come to dinner a few more times this summer. Bring your friends and family up to the mountains for so.e nice outdoor dining.
