This company was helpful, efficient, and straightforward. I had no problems working with them. They made a good offer and honored it. They kept me informed about pick-up time and didn't keep me waiting. The entire process went as smoothly as it could.
I have tried 3 other companies: one never showed up for the appointment, one reduced their offer a few hours later, and one made a ridiculously low offer.

They don't ever answer phone calls. They take They time getting the part you need even after you have already paid them for the part. They are rude.
They wouldn’t answer the phone rings about ten times and then they hang up on you

Ordered my part jeep factory cluster panel (speedometer gauges) picked it up cpl days after it came in to shop about 3days for that. Took it home hoping it was what my jeep needed to be fixed. Insert the new used dash cluster an turn the key ????. It worked perfectly! It even read my original miles so I didn't have to take it get it rolled back to actual mileage! The price seemed a lil compared to ebay by about $40 but I went to pick it up and my old part gave me a $20 credit on card for having paying when ordering it. When I brought the old one with me to pick up. Best part that really justify the extra $ vs ebay. The place gave me a 6month warranty on my part! Seriously try finding that any place. If I need something else that's not autozone available I'll definitely call this business 1st to see if they have it before any others. Made a lifetime customer this past week / Monday morning at opening 8am.
Had the style rim I needed but it was chrome not painted steel. Only had 2, if had all 4 would have bought them
