Ate for dinner on a weekday and chose “all u can eat” menu. It wasn’t busy at all & service was great! The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because I got the sea urchin(uni) and I thought it tasted really weird and smelt funky but I still ate all 4 just so I don’t get charged extra for not eating everything on my plate. 24 hours later, I got food poisoning & stomach bug…. It was a noooo fun trip to the ER…. Everything else tasted yummy though!
The sushi rolls were delicious. Service was fast and friendly. We did by roll, as I wasn't feeling well, but I can tell next time we will definitely do AYCE as it is a great deal
Fast service, polite staff. We had a party of 5 all you can eat and everything we all ordered was delicious! It was worth going and this particular trip was my 3rd time coming here.
Blue Fin had an excellent AYCE sushi menu and my family enjoyed it a lot. Fresh sushi, exciting variety in the many sushi rolls we tried, and a unique presentation to each dish that came to the table! My personal favorite was the spicy garlic tuna nigiri and my family were big fans of the red dragon roll! What a treat! A great experience all around! We'll be back for sure!
Great place for lunch or dinner. Brought my kids to dinner here last time and they were quite friendly. This time around did lunch, the lady Yaritza was nice in the beginning but then got an attitude for no reason. I like coming here for dinner. The food was great! The fish is really fresh and tasty. My favorite drink was the, "Good Day Watermelon" ???? the dinner price is $32.99
My family loves this restaurant. Their food is consistently good as well as their service. I never really cared for sushi until I started coming to this place. It is one of the best in town
If you like traditional Sushi or Nigiri then this is not the spot for you.
The place is clean with easy parking and the staff are fast and friendly. The price is just right for AYCE and the offering but...
This place caters more to the heavy sauces, cream cheese in roll and deep fried roll folk. The AYCE is nice but the selection of rolls is limited to the above and they have many of the items missing from the menu mainly the appetizer section. During my visit I was told of at least 3 items that were not available and granted that might be due to supply constraints and maybe even sourcing issues. This all just added to a lackluster visit and a Miso soup that was not edible.
There is a regular crowd so it is popular and I recommend a reservation if you do plan to go during high tide. The take out is half-priced and that's a great deal so for the handful of rolls you might get it's better to just go with that over AYCE.
First impressions mean a lot, and we were impressed when we first walked in. Nice bamboo themed decor. The miso soup was very good, also being an extra large serving compared to most. The spicy garlic edamame was excellent, with a lot of minced garlic all over it. Most all of the sushi was very good to excellent. Only a couple of pieces had some string to it. Some of the nigiri seemed to be cut a little too thick. Fish to rice ratio was excellent. Most of the nigiri tasted very fresh. It was good to see things like coconut shrimp tempura and soft shell crab on the first level (i.e., lunch) menu, and they tasted very good. Many of the dishes tasted unique, especially the Over the Rainbow roll. Overall, I'd say this is a cut above your average all you can eat sushi restaurant. They had enough employees to handle the customers' needs, and service was fairly quick. We just about traveled across the entire valley in order to try out this place. But, I can see us returning!
