I might single-handedly be keeping the #BACON industry, in business! Well, at least at The Bluebird Cafe & Diner ( @bluebirdcafe_arlington ), in Arlington, WA! ???? It's my favorite place, to get my bacon fix, in my #pancakes , in my #waffles and in my #cinnamonrolls , yup.....CINNAMON ROLLS (the bacon maple kind)! ???????????? It may take me several days to finish one, but it's because I won't share it and, it's that yummy nummy! I promise!
There is something about small town diners, that know how to make everything extra delicious and keep customers comin' in! I can't pinpoint just one reason, for this place, other than the extra love, they sprinkle, on every dish, but I'm here for it! It might be the #BaconWaffles or Cheese Covered Breakfast Burrito or Brisket & Potatoes Hash, idk...but definitely make sure to come early, because the crowds get crazy and, they are hooongry!!! I would also call in your cinnamon roll order early, because they run out of them early too! ????

The food portions are good size! The full order of B&G with meal.... huge. Try the half order first. Then picture 2x as much food.
The ham steak is moist not dry. And thick Slab. At least 3/8" to 1/2". Biscuits were a bit dry, but fluffy. The gravy needed a bit more white pepper in it. Kinda bland, but white pepper has a wicked side, too much and it can ruin the flavor. Lot of sage and red pepper flavors did come through. Easy dining experience, and something that Jerry Seinfeld would go to in his new show, comedians in cars, getting coffee. A real comfy place to be.
Great little place with VERY hearty portions. I got the Ruben and they actually put the amount of meat I would have put on it if I made it myself. My stomach is a bottomless pit so that NEVER happens. Prices are a bit high for diner food but that’s inflation I suppose.
Wonderful breakfast today. This was my first time here at Blue Bird and I loved it. I had the three pancakes with eggs and bacon along with an orange juice and water. Waitress was cute and friendly. I will return!
After a bad brunch day at another spot, me and a friend decided to check out Blue Bird. Fantastic and wonderful service, food was very delicious. A great Sunday experience
Really cool family restaurant with down home feel. Service was friendly and attentive. Pancake was huge but honestly could have been cooked a little longer. We did not speak up so that's on us. Hamburger and soup were flavorful and served hot.
Quick seating, clean tables, and good food and portion size. Had a nice familiarity to the atmosphere. Had a nice experience.
I had the pancakes and eggs with bacon and a side of hash browns. The food was great, the coffee was good. The staff were polite and professional! I got my eggs cooked perfectly to order. The hash browns were cooked well. The pancakes had fresh whipped butter and Warm syrup. What more could.you ask for from a breakfast place.
