I had a very pleasant experience. It was my first time getting my makeup done by a make-up artist, and it was perfect. The conversation was good, and she did an amazing job with the artistry. I left feeling beautiful.
The atmosphere was great! Not packed with other stylists and clients. My stylist Tenise was friendly and knowledgeable. She offered suggestions for my hair and gave me ideas for the future. Her pricing was comparable to other salons these days. She didn't overbook and had me out within an hour or so. My hair was beautiful! I will be going back.

The best salon ever! I originally wanted Terra to do my hair because someone had recommended me to her but she was all booked. Terra recommend Tenise and she was amazing to say the least. I had booked the appt for 9am on Fri (I had a flight at 2pm) and I was in and out in a hour! My hair looked and smelled amazing! I highly recommend this place!
Best hair salon in Richmond.. it's clean and decorated beautifully.The energy in here is amazing the girls are so sweet I will be coming back with my daughters. I found a new home to get my hair done every week. Thank you so much I love my hair!!
absolutely love the vibes of this salon. I just got my hair blown out today and Tenise was so gentle and did a beautiful job. As soon as I walked in it was very welcoming and everyone there was friendly.
If you're looking for a protective style or have natural hair this is your salon. Tera does amazing protective crochet styles. I highly recommend Blow.
