I love this place! Been going here for a little over a year now and the people, the workers and everything about it is amazing. Shout out to the bartenders and cooks being so nice and always knowing what I want to drink when I walk on the door
Blooms is a legit bar/pub in San Clemente. The bar food is affordable and delicious. Burgers are not frozen when grilled, and are comparable to gourmet burgers I’ve had at higher end restaurants. Beer selection and wine is limited, but you only get the best choices at this Irish pub. Staff have always been extremely kind and helpful during my visits. Customers are usually either local retirees, or military members and their families. One critique is the music. Lol. I’m a DJ, and if I have to hear one more depressing country song or 80’s thrash metal band being played while I enjoy my food and Guinness, I’m gonna write a strongly worded letter to the proprietor : ). Overall, Blooms is the best bar in San Clemente, prove me wrong.
Started or Vespa trip North this morning from Blooms Pub and ended the trip tonight at Blooms.
They have the friendliest staff and great food and drink????????

Unfortunately I haven't been for months with the pandemic. First time back. Love the new outdoor dining area, with a few fun games. The service is still excellent. The food hot and delicious! The view and ocean breezes that revitalized the spirit. You can now eat and drink inside. Pool table's are waiting for you. This is the place. Cool atmosphere. Cool people.
This is a hidden gem, I stumbled upon the other day for lunch with my boyfriend. Bartender/ server upbeat, friendly and speedy(she was great) the food was beyond delicious. Everything we tried was cooked to perfection. Appetizer: Chicken quesadilla, just the right spice. I had green pork stew with potatoes,tomatoes, and New Mexico's famous green chilies, served with tortillas. This dish was unexpected find and beyond delicious. My boyfriend had the fish and chips cooked to perfection. I could tell it was hand battered not from a box. I read they have Comedy on Wednesday night. Can't wait to try it. And Taco Tuesday.
Always an easy going comfortable place to be with great food, beer and drinks. Service is super friendly and quick.
Went to Blooms Irish pub for the first time this past Saturday. We made plans to meet about 30 family and friends here. Owner Jeff and his wife Sindy were amazing to work with, the food was amazing, service great, atmosphere was fun with good music and pool tables. It was good drinks and lots of laughs. If I lived nearby I'd be a local at this pub.
We had the corned beef dinner and fish and chips both were very good.
We came back Sunday morning for breakfast; the
Huevos rancheros and breakfast buttitos were so good.
Great location near the beach in San Clemente.
If in the area I would highly recommend checking out this fun pub.
Last week we got a flat on fwy on our way to LA and when we exited fwy to put air on tire we noticed it was worse then we thou so instead of getting upset my husband turned it around. He looked around and said we're hanging out at this bar, we're gonna call AAA after we eat and have a few drinks. We'll have a designated driver. We were not dress for the occasion we were on our way to a Xmas play. We knew it would be awkward. We walked in and sat down and the 1st person who came to us was Ms. Karlen, she welcomed us with open arms. It's just what we needed. She was inviting, caring, attentive, fun & sweet. She made us feel very comfortable. Thank you so much Karlen, you're an amazing person and this pub is lucky to have you as part of their family. Thank you Mr. Jonah for the great drinks. You two work great as a team. Thank you to you both! I wish we lived closer. We will be coming back soon just to see you two.
Btw, my wings were delicious, great atmosphere and nice pub with an open patio. See you guys soon ????
