I have updated my review due to amazing ownership and willingness to correct a bad experience.
I usually have an amazing experience at blondies. Zero complaints and on a typical day I’ll easily give them 5 stars. But today the quality of purchases were so bad that it ruined all of the previous good experiences. I got a frappe that tastes like literal dirty water with a very nasty aftertaste, and I got a gourmet cheese bagel that wasn’t toasted at all when usually they’re crunchy and perfectly toasted, and creamed with so much cheese it could actually kill someone. Truly disappointing. I know they’re hiring a lot of new people but this was downright terrible. The worst quality I’ve ever gotten from any coffee shop around. If I wouldn’t have had to go immediately to work I would have let the workers know but I unfortunately didn’t have time.
Order drinks and the price is much higher than what the menu board said. The only comment was is the prices changed. No apology.
I've been going here for awhile and I've loved their drink specials, service, and food. Reindeer sausage burrito was just amazing, hot and fresh. My favorite dessert has to be the frosted sugar cookies, sometimes they are seasonally themed. The staff are nice, helpful and patient. I love their staff and always have a nice time going here! Best drive-thru cafe in the valley ????
Blondies is the best coffee shop in the area, hands down. The baristas are so friendly and helpful, and they’re always spot-on with my order. I also love the perks Blondies offers to their patrons. They truly understand customer service and hospitality.

I absolutely love $2 Tuesdays!! Coffee drinks, & my personal favorite; Redbull Smoothies, are expensive so having this big of a discount is always a welcomed delight! Plus their service is always impeccable and their drinks are always delicious!!
Hands down the best tasting coffee bean around, equivalent to Dutch Bros. Coffee, and far surpasses Starbucks Coffee and food products. The make their own breakfast burritos that are huge served w/sour cream & salsa. Yum! They have Panini sandwiches and espresso milkshakes and oh I love their specialty drinks. I have tried everything on their menu, and they carry the best quality bakery items and their beans are locally roasted. The service is fast and the employees are super friendly, they are Community driven and love their locals. Founded in 2015, and still trucking location in Palmer, Wasilla and Anchorage location is soon to be open Spring 2023.
Blondie’s is my go to on my way to work. The vegan breakfast burrito is one of the best burritos I’ve ever eaten. All of the drink specials are delectable. Thank you, Shania and team, for putting together a birthday spread for my coworker. It was lovely!
So this is the only hut I go to. I'm not a coffee drinker, but do drink Lotus drinks. These ladies are always so polite and sweet. They are all outgoing and personable. All are very knowledgeable when it comes to what they do.
I work with special needs adults, and the clients I work with love to come here as well. They enjoy getting hot chocolate or coffee, as well as the baked goods they have. All are wonderful ladies at each spot and I will continue to be a loyal customer to them. Thank you ladies for making my work days better with my Lotus drinks.
