I tried to get the best angle I could!
Esther at Bliss did the most amazing job ever on my nails!!! I was so pleased with the end result. I showed her a picture I saw on Instagram and she was able to replicate the heart designs so beautifully and match the base color!! Since moving out to the Newtown Square area, I’ve been going to Bliss and I enjoy their service very much. Thank you Esther!!! Definitely recommend!
I paid to have my nails done a few months ago and a pedicure. They didn't have the color I wanted for my pedicure even though they said they did. When I went to get my nails painted and asked them to paint them like the picture the manager came over and said she's sorry but they can't paint my nails like this. I asked her "can't or won't" she said "they won't" and told me to pick something else.
Great place. I had a pedicure that was amazing.
They go over and above.
They do take credit cards for services. Something that other nail and spa establishments did away with by putting ATM's in their spas.
I highly recommend it even if you only go once!
Took my 6 and 9 year old daughters here for their first manicure experience before the holidays. I could have easily painted their nails at home, but wanted a mother/daughter fun experience for them. We arrived and we were rushed within one minute to pick our colors. They brought us back and their technicians did not speak to them the entire time. They only spoke Spanish among themselves. They didn’t realize I am a fluent Spanish speaker as I listened to their conversations about my 6 year old being small for her age and claimed she was sick, which she wasn’t, because she sniffled a few times. My daughters asked them to draw a snowflake or snowman on their ring fingers and they put on 4 stickers while complaining they didn’t fit well and charged us another $10. I kept smiling at my daughters who later told me they were more scared than anything as their hands were roughly yanked around. I tried to call the manager/owner instead of posting a review, but no one answered the phone on the few times I called. I was extremely disappointed with the experience and will not be returning nor would I recommend this place.
First of all the salon is beautiful, very clean and HUGE. There are lots of stylists which is nice to see since a lot of places are hurting for help. The atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing. Very little chit-chat. I got a regular French pedicure and a gel manicure. The leg massage that accompanied the pedicure was wonderful. They are also very efficient, but not in a way that made me feel rushed. One woman did my pedicure while another started my manicure at the same time. I felt very pampered. Highly recommend!
Very pleased with my mani/pedi here today. I just moved nearby and I was so impressed. The place is clean and quiet no loud TVs just music. The technicians Yasmin and Ester did a wonderful job and were very professional. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Seriously one of the best places to go for manicure or pedicure- they are SO fast! The salon is also really clean and nice inside. They’re really good at getting you in quickly. All of the techs are really good- I hope it stays this good forever!
I use to frequent this nail salon. I felt (years ago) the quality of their service was slipping...I've tried other salons, going to multiple places a few times each to try to find a good technician. I just want a good pedicure...no need for all the "fake" little extras they think they are giving you. So I returned to "Bliss" today to give it another try. Although it was reasonably priced in comparison to local salons...my so called pedicure was less than a half hour, barely massaged, no buffing of the rough spots, had to keep telling her she was hurting me while cutting my cuticles, once I got home realized excess polish on a few of my toes...Definitely one of the worst pedicures I've had. Owners/management should invest in some extra training for their staff. I will not return or refer anyone to this salon. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt I needed to in this case...SO my search will continue for a great mani/pedi salon! The best experience was the back massage, while my half a## pedicure was drying...????♀️
