This is a great place! Friendly and helpful service. Great atmosphere. Delicious food with so many options. We had such a good time here. I have to really give credit to the staff who are true assets to the business and its success. We'll be back!
Staff is kind and sweet and accomodative without complaint! The manager (I assume he is the Manager as he is here everytime I come in)... was very kind in making the berry salad for me and offering vegan cheese on place of the feta. I got my half pizza and it was delicious. My yet to be born son and I are super thankful for the attentiveness of the staff and their kindness in the accommodations they've made for my diet!
Good pizza done fast! Girlfriend had the red vine pizza and I had the white top. Great tasting, not overly greasy and toppings were fresh. Dough is thin and has good flavor. They offer a variety of toppings and dough styles to accommodate your taste. Salad was okay - we both got Greek salads and found the dressing to be way too sweet. Would return if I’m ever in the area again.
I visited this location while traveling as I do not have a Blaze Pizza local to me. I am always excited to eat there. The pizza from this location was great, but the service provided by what I assume is a Manager of sorts was not great. I had a pickup order and was confused on where to go to retrieve the order. I was then guided to the cashier and that is when the attitude began. It took her a minute or two to even acknowledge we were there and then after telling her the name for the order, it continued. I don't think anyone enjoys going to pickup their food and then being treating like they are inconveniencing them. It is your job to help customers and provide good service.
My wife and I have been to Blaze several times, and it is always excellent!! What is really great is that you can pay one price and get all the toppings that you want. We like thin crust and theirs is very good. We have taken some friends there and they really liked it. ????
If I could leave negative stars for customer service I absolutely would!!!
I ordered White Pizza and when it was delivered to the table it had red sauce. I took it to the counter to explain I can't eat red sauce, the snarky staff replied that they could just put it in a box for me. I explained I didn't want it in a box. I wanted what I ordered which I was promptly told would take a little longer to make. They took their leisure time in remaking the pizza. When they finally brought the pizza back out correctly made they brought it in a box and threw it on the table and said here it's in a box for whatever!!!!
The remade pizza was tasty but we Will never return if that's the way the staff is going to behave!
I have only dined at Blaze's Pizza at couple of times, but each time I went the food and staff were absolutely amazing! They make the pizzas fast and delicious for a decent price, I just dont find myself in the area often.
My son's name is Blaze, and today he asked me if we could have pizza for dinner. He's been good lately, so I decided we could go to Blaze's Pizza since they share a name and the couple other times I went it was wonderful.
The staff were awesome, the place was busy and yet they were on top of making the pizzas for us and the others. They were incredibly friendly while me and my toddler fuddled through the topping choices and patient while my son went a little stir crazy and tried to explore the place while I waited to pay.
When I made it to the register, my card declined. It is Friday, and I know I had gotten paid. They were patient with me while I checked my funds and realized with embarrassment that bill payments had come out of my account sooner than I had realized. While I was trying to call my son's father to see if I could use his card to pay for the dinner, one of the managers was nice enough to elect to let me have the pizzas for my family, stating that they have wanted to try to do 'pay it forward' more.
I was embarrassed and felt awful, and tried to explain that i just needed to get ahold of my son's dad to try to pay for it, but they were so kind and assured me it was okay. They asked me to pay it forward in the future.
This kindness meant a lot to me. And I am extremely grateful. I will be returning when I have the money in my account to purchase dinner for my family again, and fully intend to tip them the amount that my pizzas tonight would have come to. Thank you all for being so wonderful and kind and patient. I truly appreciate it and my family enjoyed your pizza the moment we made it back home.
I’ve tried this place a couple of times and can honestly say that the amount of toppings you get for a pizza is a little sad for the price. Everything tastes good but barely anything on the pizza makes for a bad experience.
