The customer service goes above and beyond. Long story short there was an issue with online ordering and Ken did everything to make it right.
First time here did the BFF deal and it was really good and will be back. The only other issue we had was the ranch was forgotten :(
But the way Ken offered to fix the issue right away ment a lot.
Blaze Pizza is like a cheesy miracle wrapped in a delicious crust The only downside is that now every other pizza just seems plain dough-ppalling in comparison. Seriously, I think I might need a pizza intervention because I can't stop craving their mouth-watering pies. Thank you, Blaze Pizza, for ruining all other pizzas for me!
The pizza tastes great and the staff is super friendly. I got almost every topping that wasn't a vegetable and they didn't bat an eye. Amazing quality and the atmosphere was inviting and friendly with clean bathrooms.
This was our first visit. I am sure we will return. I liked the gluten free cauliflower crust and taste in general. I would like them to be more generous with their topping amounts.
Love Blaze pizzas but today I probably had the worst pizza I ever had. Had to throw it away. My partner unfortunately picked it up without checking. Please look at the attached image. Why would the restaurant box a burnt pizza instead of redoing a new one. Would you eat this?
Definitely got a reheated pizza from earlier in the day. Dry rubbery over cooked. Breadstick sauce was ice cold. Delivery was made in 30min so it wasn't from slow delivery
Nice, clean restaurant with friendly personnel. We love the fact that you can custom design your own pizza for a flat price and choose from 35 toppings & crust. Most importantly, it is a delicious pizza, and it is EXACTLY what you want. Plenty of free parking.
First time coming to this pizza establishment today! The service was AMAZING. The workers were very professional & explained to me how to build my own pizza. Customer service was top tier! The place is clean & the prices are well worth it. Please keep it this way because I swear there are no good pizza places anymore but glad I found this one! I will definitely be back & Im telling everybody about it!!! AMAZING PIZZA
