I went in for a quick trim and blow dry. Very happy with the end result. For this price I can definitely recommend. There was a bit of a schedule issue so be aware of that but in the end worth the wait. Hairdresser was skilled and chatty which I enjoyed. Overall good experience.
My main remark is about the service. Similarly to the experience of other person who left a review, I experienced poor customer service here. I waited 20 minutes after my appointment made on Treatwell, before they started washing my hair. When I said that the waiting time is too long and that I have other commitments, the hairdresser tried to explain me that 'this is normal' without apologizing. Afterwards, I waited another 5 min until he finished with another customer and started with me. I understand that every hairdresser has an interest to book several customers at the same time, but you can not feel offended when your customers react to the waiting time. Just be polite and apologize. There are millions other hairdressers in Brussels and negative reviews from customers will not bring any new customers. The haircut was okay-ish, nothing spectacular. I will not come back here.
The level of service is very low. I have booked 2 appointments for me and my daughter vie Treatwell on Saturday at 12 pm. The hairdresser did not show up in time, and we were waiting outside of the salon. At 12.15, I received sms that our appointments were rebooked to 13.30. Surely we left. I came to this hairdresser several times before, and he was always late to start working with me, but I tried to be patient. However, the last time when he did not show up at all was out of all standards and clearly not respectful towards the client. So I will not come again to this salon and do not recommend it to those who respect one's own time.
It is the 2nd time when I came to Nagim and it was closed. My 1st appointement has been canceled AFTER my official appointement via Treatwell. I even paid in advance....yes, money had been sent to my account. Today, Thiursday 2.8.23, my appointent has been moved from 1.20 pm to 3.30 pm. Hahaha, I am here and it is closed. Treatwell did not informed me at all.....I undestand, Nagim, that you can be ill, or having holdiay, but this is not just fair....as a welcome, only a piece of paperon your door...please, see the picture....
I can’t comment on the skill of the hairdresser since I never even saw him!
I made an appointment 2 weeks before. On the actual day, the hairdresser wasn’t there at the appointment time. After waiting for 40-45 mins, I was told he still can’t come because of a “problem”. Then they changed the appointment time to 2 hours later and asked me to cancel it on the Treatwell application. This isn’t the way to handle a client even if there was a problem. The assistant waiting with me was nice and it seemed she also had no idea what was going on… Total disappointment and failure. I don’t recommend going here if you expect to be respected.
I ordered a botox treatment and a blow-dry with Nagim. He was late for 20 minutes (finishing up another lady's blow dry and chatting for a loong time without saying anything to me, like I didn't existed!). When it was my turn he didn't even apologize for the delay and just..gave my order to another hair dresser. Wouldn't even explain why this change of plans since I PRECISELY ordered services with him. It was not a nice experience at all. He chatted with other clients and worked on their hair while I was waiting. It just looked like he was nice to his regular clients as they definitely seemed to know each other. His assistant hairdresser was very nice though! She was very gentle and accurate. I think her blow dry was almost perfect. Since I have curly hair some of the hair would remain curly after the blow dry but I only noticed that at home. In general I think the whole experience was not very comfortable but the girl hairdresser was nice and very attentive !
Second time in a row that my appointment is transferred to another day quickly before it would have taken place. And when contacting them via message, there is an unfriendly response. Cannot recommend!
Cancelled my appointment twice last minute via treatwell. It doesn’t take much to give some notice and especially when booked in advance.
