Over the course of this past year, I have become a regular at this location - and for good reason! Every time I have gone, I have received swift and friendly service and the food has always been Awesome. In my experience, staff at this location go out of their way to help and serve their customers. I recently came by this location looking for a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich (my usual order), and they were unfortunately short of an ingredient. Instead of turning me away however, they sent a staff member ACROSS TOWN to another location to source the missing ingredients. I cannot think of another restaurant anywhere that would do such a thing. After a minor delay, they upgraded my sandwich meal to a full combo free of charge. If that is not good service, I do not know what is. As mentioned earlier, the staff here are exceedingly friendly. I have interacted with Pat (Hopefully I remembered that name properly) along with a few others almost every time I have come by this location. As stated before, service is always friendly and on point. As long as I work my current job and as long as I am in the area, I will likely continue to stop by here somewhat regularly. Thank you guys for the awesome service! Five out of five stars!
Insanely fast service as well as very friendly and helpful staff. This Blake’s has a drive in kinda set up which was awesome.

Blakes is the best local burger place in Albuquerque. I think this is the second location they ever opened up and it’s very nice. The people are very friendly. The food and chocolate milkshakes are great.
I recommend getting a chocolate milkshake and the green chili double cheeseburger.
The french fries are good. I did have the onion rings and was a little disappointed. I won’t order those again but that’s not on them. They just aren’t my favorite. I also did have their breakfast burrito and it was great but I’m not a big breakfast burrito, guy I’ll stick with the double green chili cheeseburger!! what amazes me about Blakes is how they are able to hire friendly proficient staff at a fast food place that impresses me. I’ve only had one negative experience with the staff and that was at their newest location up north.
This was the second Blake's I went to as the First was the 2301 Carlisle blvd one and that one was not cool at all, the staff seemed to be all over the place and didn't have certain items ready to order (the Chili wasn't ready).. But this one here on Washington and Menaul was GREAT!! The staff was nice and the food was absolutely outstanding!! I will recommend this place to anyone in the area and I will definitely be going back to this one here!
I ordered a lota combo with cheese and a itsa burger no combo and both top buns were burnt like they forgot them on the grill it was not busy, 2 workers a male and female, so there is no excuse, rest of meal was alright. I hate to pay over 17 dollars and get my meal ruined, I gave this Blake's 5 stars before but today it doesn't even deserve one star, didn't get to complain didn't see till was home, last time I eat here! What a waste of money.
Lawrence was the best. Started out ruff, but, Lawrence of Lott-A made my day. Amazing personality and customer service. Luv-ya man.
This place used to be great - especially their green chile burgers - but both the food and the service has really gone downhill and sadly Blake’s just doesn’t care anymore.
Had an incident with my burger but they made it right and when I ate my burger The burgers was well cook soo damn good I'll definitely come back
