I had the pleasure of visiting Blake's Lotaburger recently and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by Aimee, the manager. From the moment I walked in, Aimee’s warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home.
She went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Aimee’s attention to detail and genuine care for her customers were evident in every interaction. She was attentive, quick to address any questions or concerns, and made sure that every order was perfect. Her empathy and kindness are truly commendable.

Great customer service and the food is always food! It's nice to go to a fast food restaurant that is actually fast and the food is fresh, made to order. Blakes has always been one of my favorite local places to go to, especially for a smothered ???? breakfast burrito ???? ????
I been waiting for an hour for 2 medium fries. This restaurant has been really good but lately I’ve been having to wait too much. Burritos are cold by the time I got the fries. And I ordered online to make sure everything would be together!
I love this location,I live closer to the one on Isleta but Ill make the drive to come here,its way better and faster! The burgers look like the picture and the food is filling,just like what you are known for!
I'm a regular customer, I come here almost every morning,the Manager Michelle is always so happy and friendly,she always remembers my name and order, I wish people were still like that now days!
Your employees customer service was good only complaint is there was various condiments stuck to the bottom of my burger. I work in fast food and I understand getting rushs but you guys should express the importance of keeping the make up table clean to your employees
I went in on Sunday morning as I always do I’ve always enjoyed this location the food is always good and my service has always been friendly but that Sunday morning I decided to eat in the lobby and as I’m waiting for my order I hear the manager yelling at all the workers and if that wasn’t bad enough he started yelling at the customer at the drive in window this is very unprofessional not to mention bad for work morale which made my customer service suck! As a long time customer of this location I am not happy with the new management he made me feel uncomfortable and I don’t even work there I feel bad for the workers do better your customers deserve it if you want to keep their business!
Alicia was very rude not only to us customers but employees. food was cold and and soggy she was being rude while asking if we could get our food fresh won’t be coming for a while also came a while back and some lady made us review the store forcefully.
Hours state online they were open until 10 pm. We tried to go inside at 9:30, doors locked Tuesday night. No problem, we will go through drive through. Waited at order speaker for over 5 minutes, knowing they took the order of the car b4 us. Never an answer from anybody. We finally drove to drive up window, and were literally ignored, (although stared at), by 4 crew members sitting on counter, watching someone break down the shake machine even though the car was pulled up forward from pick up window that was ahead of us, so they are waiting on an order that is being prepared. Someone whom we assumed was the shift manager looks at us, turns away and shakes his head, I'm assuming in disgust. So I guess my thoughts are these people don't really care, and do what they want when they want. Blake's is a good company, I'm assuming there is poor management at this location. No orders at 930pm, no problem, just state closing time is at 930, unless that means they stop taking orders at 9... we won't be going to this location again. Makes you wonder if food quality is important here if this is level of customer service. I could see a "jerkburger situation" happening here. I hope that didn't happen to the folks that were the actual last customer of the night before us.... yeesh.
