Food was delicious. Employees were very polite some need to smile a little more . we’ve been stopping there every time we pass through to Albuquerque since I lived in California and now in Phoenix and have had nothing but great service my family does the same. Thank you ???? just no public restrooms.
Food is always good but takes awhile for it to come out. Employees could have better customer service. They definitely need to put a bench inside. I saw an elderly veteran waiting for his order. For some reason we all got our orders before he did, yet he ordered before us. He was having a tough time standing for a long time waiting for his food. He had to be waiting more than 15 mins for his order.
I would have given it a four or five star rating but one of the workers was very rude when I went to go pick up my call in order. Wow you would think you would get service with a smile. I'm lucky I got any service at all with that attitude of hers I wish I would have got her name all I know is that it was on South 2nd Street. And they also got my order wrong wow I'm going to need to let Barbara know about this. There I said it LOL
Every time I call in my order. They always get it right and have it ready for me when I get there. Nice and hot the service there are very wonderful. Thank you for everything you're doing.
Overall good, needs better communication. Food was amazing though as always!! My family and I will definitely be back.
Blakes Double meat no onions no mustard add mayo. Yes sir lol. Can never go wrong. Breakfast anytime ???? ????. Also it all depends on which Blake's u visit. South 2nd take to long. 15 turned into 30 minutes.
This location is convenient, it was clean and quiet. Customer service was very nice, I enjoyed my interaction with the team, they are always busy and professional. The food is good, we had 2 orders of the Lotaburger combo, one with fries the other with onion rings.
We got an online order, and we waited 34 minutes to our food. They got our order mixed up with someone’s else. After we got out they forgot one of our fries so we had to wait another 30 minutes. The manager was just yelling at her employees. The employee running cash register wasn’t prepared. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this Blake’s. You would be better of going to the east side Blake’s.
