I was blown away by how great my medium pizza tasted and was well prepped! The service was excellent! Man these guys need a raise. I rarely give reviews but I had to. Omg this was awesome!

The gentleman on the counter was very respectful and helpful. He kept checking on my order and apologized for it being late. I understood as they were very busy. But he had made conversations with everyone waiting making it less of a hassle waiting for our food. I believe his name was Casper as I laughed and said like Casper the friendly ghost.
Called to place an order for delivery at 5:19pm. The gentleman was very nice. He said it would be an hour. Great, no problem. It's now 6:46p and no pizza. Iv called the store 9 times and I get a message saying I've called after business hours. They didn't call to let me know my order would not be fulfilled. We will not be ordering from Blackjack again.
We ordered for the first time from BlackJack from this location and got an unexpected order. We went in to see if they could re-make the pizza how we thought it would have come and they did on the spot, ready in 10 minutes, without charging us. Great experience and friendly. Will come back!
One of the best pizzas around, the staff is extremely respectful and very friendly. The guy that checked us out I think his name was Kasper, was a breath of fresh air when everyone now a days just grabs your card and wants you to leave. Couldn’t recommend this place enough
1st time order 2 hours late… okay I will give them a second chance
2nd time 45 minutes late that’s really disappointing.
3rd time almost 2 hours late. Shame on me. Why should I think it would be a different outcome.
I will never ever order from them again.
Pizza was cold called they didn’t care they said oops we were busy.
