Placed an order online for an all corners pizza... There used to be an option for "well done" in the options (I could be thinking of a competitor) but there wasn't this time around. I went ahead and placed my order then called the store to inquire if they still do well done pizzas and the employee said that my pizza was already done and that "that's kinda something we need to know beforehand"....
I stammered for a second, a little dumbfounded that he said that. For one, it wasn't a big deal if they don't offer well done pizzas anymore. I don't care that much. But how can he say my pizza was "already done" when it had been less than 2 minutes since I placed the order?
He then went to go "check" the pizza, then came back and told me they'll "try to push it back a little". I said I appreciated it and he promptly just slammed the phone down without a word.
I don't know what's going on with this guy, but he really needs to work on his people skills.
Doubtful I'll order again for a while and I nearly called back to cancel the order.
Awesome pizza! We love the pan style pizza and tried the all corners version this time (not pictured) perfect crusty crunchy edges on every slice! We also love the BBQ chicken pizza.
I’ve been looking for a great Detroit style in the Bay area after moving here from the mitten. Although it’s not 100% authentic (sauce under cheese like Buddy’s or Cloverleaf) it’s the closest and best pizza you can get in the area. The 8 corner tastes like a perfected Jet’s pizza with top notch ingredients. The price is unbeatable.
This place always has delicious food, they're always very accommodating, always willing to try to find a coupon or something to help with the order. Never had an issue with them. And their salads are huge for a large. All the way around good service delicious food and considerate on your wallet. They're pretty much the only pizza place I order from in and around my area.
First time customer. Disappointing "large" pepperoni pizza. Pizza was small for a large, and even smaller coverage area of sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Scant on the pepperonis. Small slices. Doughy crust. Flavor was fine.
My husband and I have been big fans of the square pizza for a long time. We always have a good experience at blackjack. But tonight we tried the cinnamon bread pizza with the coupon and OMGGG literally one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. And it was still so hot when it arrived delivered
The pizza was amazing and fresh . The delivered in 20-30 mins . The delivery guy Clay was kind , respectful and went out his way to deliver the pizza despite them closing and not being able to come inside the complex gate . I would definitely order once week ! Thank you black Jack pizza . The pizza reminds me of thin crusted Chicago pizza ! Definitely I am a fan of this place ! ????
I called in to order a bbq pizza, mozzarella stick, and garlic knots. I arrived and picked up then got home to realize they gave me the bbq pizza and cheese bread. I called in to tell them what happened and the rude employee told me that what they gave me has garlic and mozzarella so that it should be fine. Don’t order here if you expect to get what you ask for and have decent service.
