Best WLM Reviews

The place was crowded, but we were seated pretty quickly without a reservation. Franklin was our server and was the ABSOLUTE BEST! He was extremely attentive, very friendly and conversational and funny! Food was prompt and hot. Brussel Sprouts were delicious, especially with the dipping sauce it came with. The Hot Chicken sandwich was fresh and crispy, as well as the sweet potato fries. The Cosmopolitan was perfectly sweet and delicious. The Arnold was the right amount of sweet and sour. Unfortunately I didn't get to try one of their famous milkshake but that gives me a reason to go back! Kudos again to Franklin for his outstanding service!
Felicity is the best! Loved her recommendations ❤️ truly made the experience special.
Tennessee Burger on point, crispy chicken sandwich ???? yummy, mozzarella sticks ????, and add fried pickles ???? to the sandwiches, new combo's ???? unlocked. This is the new Monday hangout❤️
Definitely get the Oreo shake ????... Food coma.
Get ready to go to heaven ❤️????.
+ generous portions
+ quick service, friendly staff. They provide water by default which I find very convenient
+ nice selection of add ons for the burgers
- I had the all american burger with fries. The meat was good and the bun had a nice texture, but I think it lacks a bit in taste. It had very little sauce which didn’t help with the flavor I think
Was here 3 weeks ago for my child's birthday dinner. My party was a little late for our reservations and when I called to let them know we was running late they were understanding. The food was okay and the milkshakes were really good. The service was okay. Our first server shift was over before we got our food he forgot to bring stuff we requested to the table and our new server was decent. Overall my child was happy and I would return.
Place was packed for a chilly Tuesday. Still, got seated fast. Knew what I was here for, had my cookie shake in mess than 10 minutes despite the crowd and, although it isn't cheap, these things live up to the hype! A perfect amalgamation of ice cream, shake, cookie, chocolate and cinnamon! Will definitely be back!!
Ordered fried pickles, chicken sandwich, and Mexico burger. And a Oreo milkshake. I upgraded my fries to spicy fries. All the choices were delicious. The fried pickles were so good to start with, and they paired well with the Bronx IPA draft. Then the sandwiches showed up. Both were perfect. The burger with the pickled jalapeños hit the spot. The chicken was so good and crispy. The milk shake was unbelievable! Highly recommend this place! Great location and atmosphere.
Service was great, food was fantastic. Get the truffle mayo!
The milkshake was great. Eat the cream on top before you eat the sandwich- the cream fell off after I pulled the sandwich out!
On most days you will need a reservation to dine here. When we first sat down and had some water and ordered our food, a guy came up to us and asked if we had a reservation (we did). He couldn’t find the reservation in their system even though we did everything correctly and made us stand up and wait again, some of us were inside while most were outside. Then he said he will see what he can do about the situation. Luckily we got a table in the back and it actually worked out since it was way less people and quieter. Still, we were ready to leave when that happened.
After this the experience became better. The food was delicious and the milkshakes are great.
