My husband went on several medical transport trips when he was at Kings Harbor and he is now home. We paid as private customers but still have not received the receipts since March.
Additionally, the Kings Harbor office has not received any receipts. I need this receipts for my supplemental insurance. If I don't get the receipts soon, I will go to the Better Business Bureau.
Driver are very rude and abusive, I don't know how they hire and not acting on based of driver behavior. Driver of 120 waa busy fighting with others instead of taking care of patient.
the driver of vehcile #155 does not STOP for STOP SIGNS, DOES NOT YEILD the right of way, TURNS LEFT from the right lane, DOES NOT signal, DANGEROUS DRIVER..... it was not possible to write review without giving a star rating..... deserves warning sign... no stars
If you’re in the Westchester NY area (mainly the MT Vernon area), DO NOT USE Black Sea Transportation!!! I have never in my life seen such an unprofessional and disrespectful company!! For you to leave an elderly man who is clearly sick out in the cold and snow because you don’t want to do steps is totally unacceptable! This is what you are paid for and then to be disrespectful about it, it took everything in me to keep my Christian values and not react how I almost did! But please spread the word about the issues with this company! They already have a very low rating on Google Reviews and that should’ve been a sign of their business practices.
The absolute worst. Our driver on the way to the hospital was nothing short of reckless. He spent the entire drive speeding and weaving in between cars, going straight out of a right turn only lane, honking repeatedly at a middle aged pedestrian, and then proceeded to put the car in park at every red light. I caught him SLEEPING behind the wheel at 3 of these instances. You cannot make this up.
On our way back to the nursing home the dispatcher first told us 15mins, then said another 20min, and then said “soon”. We waited an HOUR for him to show only to be told we had to continue waiting for another patient. We are experiencing a Covid surge like we haven’t seen ever and they’re packing 2 high risk patients, their caregivers, and a driver (who I had to tell to put his mask on).
This additional elderly patient wasn’t even going to the same facility.
All the while the driver repeatedly slammed doors, was careless with the positioning of the delicate elderly patients and the dispatcher continued to verbally assault me over the phone.
The worst experience.
Blog sea is the worst there was a specific driver once he smells so stink and the van was so dirty and stink also he was supposed to come inside and get me as the patient and he was sitting outside in the van i guess with his woman all lovey dovey
I wish I could leave zero stars. Whoever you had on dispatch duty, October 6, 2022 @2:57pm was very rude and unprofessional. We just started using Black Sea and this is not the way to treat a customer who was just trying to get home after being on dialysis for four hours. Please do better.
They only got 1 star because I couldn't put 0..
I've been waiting for 3 hours for a return trip calling every 30 minutes to get an update.. I bet they only have 2 drivers cause how it takes 3 hours to pick someone up..idc if it is in Manhattan.

They must only have 2 drivers because I have taken this company 3 round trips(6 rides) in a week and only seen the same 2 drivers regardless of the wait time
