Nickie is so awesome and seems really about her customers. I didn't get a piercing by her. But I did buy an eyebrow ring from her. It somehow broke. Like idk how. She don't know how. It literally broke while I was sleeping. I took it back to her and she gave me a new one and put it in for free. It took like 5 minutes at the most. It was so quick and easy. And she was so nice! I would highly recommend her for piercings and piercing rings of different kinds. It's a heart.
Hands down the best experience I could have chosen for my 6 year old! Nickie was so thorough in explaining the process and letting her be a part of it. We came out with 2 evenly pierced ears and no tears ???????? Highly recommend her!!
I took my granddaughter in to have her nose pierced and Nickie was fantastic! Had all the patience in the world. Made her super comfortable and then quick and done, exactly what she needed. She loves her new piercing! Thank you Nickie!
Went to downsize my piercing and she stretched my piercings from a 16g to a 14g without my permission. I told her I have a metal sensitivity and she assured me her jewelry was high quality but it was not and the metal the jewelry is made out of is cheap and my piercings started to get infected and itched a lot. Contacted to get a refund for altering my piercings without my permission and she has not responded. She also didn't wear gloves and put her fingers in my mouth. I wish I could give zero stars.
Got my daughters ears pierced today and I was so nervous my daughter was going to shut down. Nicki was so kind and gentle she put my daughter at ease. My kiddo handled getting her ears pierced like a champ and has been showing them off to everyone! Such a great experience!
I've gotten piercings with Nickie and been very happy with them, but I won't be back after my last experience. She took days to respond, canceled the appointment I had, and said she had to reschedule me. Instead of that she stopped responding to me all together. She's very good at what she does, but know that actually getting an appointment is a very frustrating process and might be a total waste of time.
AMAZING! Cassie and Nickie are both phenomenal. You can get cleaner tattoo lines than Cass or smoother piercings or repeircings by Nickie. I come here all the way from southern California to get work done. This shop rocks!
I had a great experience with Nickie. I was pretty nervous about a repiercing after a negative piercing experience somewhere else, but Nickie was very kind, patient, and gentle. Everything was clean and carefully done. I will definitely be getting all future piercings here!
