Food was delicious, waiter Tay was very personable and explained the menu option of cooking our steaks at the table. Will definitely return!
There was a cold draft thru the whole place, otherwise I would give it 5 stars across the board.
Great place to eat. Love their volcano shrimp. A little pricy for cooking your own food. It’s hard to screw it up. Staff has been good the times I have been there. Food tastes great, I wouldn’t get the French onion soup again. But everything else was good. I would go back.
The place was smoky smell of burning flesh. Place was hot, see my infrared video.
Service was great ????. The food was good ???? and they had options for vegetarians ????. Although you have to tell them specifically not to put cheese ???? on everything.
Got here right before prime time for dinner so there was plenty of seating and we were able to be helped right away. Our waitress did an amazing job and even as things started to pick up a little bit she was still able to be stay very attentive and made sure to get us everything we needed throughout the whole visit. Super cool place I had no idea what to expect but man am I glad I tried the place out! For sure recommend you check the place out if you haven’t I know I’ll be back!
Hostess was very pleasant and chatty. My server Tay was outstanding. Very helpful, answered all my questions and then some. A great place. Definitely would come back when in town. All the staff was friendly. 5 star for sure!
Quite good this time - floors were not slippery, ventilation was good, food was excellent, service was great.
Still bothers me that for a place that promises to let you cook your own steak, they bring it out already cooking and then flip it to start cooking the other side without even asking if you mind. You have to remember to ask them to do what the advertising promises in advance. Maybe I'll remember next time.
The lighting is very dark which is okay however they should at least offer lights at the tables that you can turn on and off to read the menus cuz it is quite difficult you actually have to turn on your phone light to actually see the menu at all seriously other than that the food is wonderful the prices are a little high. And make sure when they offer you to add something on you ask them if there is a upcharge because they asked me if I wanted to add marshmallows to my sweet potatoes not knowing that there was a 1.99 extra fee to add them. I had just thought offering that that it came with or without it.
My first time going, and the food was amazing!
I had made reservations for 2:45pm on 10-23-22. When me and my wife arrived,we were told that there will be a 20 min wait for our table. Didn't like that at all, but I was patient enough to wait. I received the text message, saying the table was ready, cool.
So we go back in, and was immediately seated to our tables. Our waitress (Devon)was so cool, and made sure we had everything we needed. She even show us how to cook on the black rock, since it was our first time. Overall, the drinks were amazing, the food was delicious. I had a really great time. I will be going back.
