AWESOME! Just plain awesome. Start by first saying they are super friendly and helpful. My car was shaking uncontrollably and I felt unsafe driving it so I initially called over my phone just to see if and how much it would cost just to have him take a look to find out what's wrong. Other places quoted me $15-$20 just to look and he said he wouldn't charge me just to take a look..great news since I didn't have a lot of cash on me. The lady at the desk was super nice and polite to my kids even though they wouldn't say much she still put on cartoons for them. After he looked at my car he told me he could fix my problem in about 15minutes for only $18! That's it I was so grateful and happy. It was extremely affordable and quick and my car drives great! I would definitely recommend!
Very nice service, went to get my radiator and heater core flushed for my ford taurus, only costed $100 and was done in about 5 hours. Now the heat in my car actually works, thank you. Make sure you call for an appointment cause I had to wait a week, which was no big deal for me. They also take card, if anybody was wondering.
Black River Auto Repair is GREAT! Very FRIENDLY, FAST, and QUALITY service. Prices are very reasonable and the mechanic is very honest. Receptionist at the front was very nice and helpful- went out of her way to assure I was comfortable while I waited. I will definitely be going to Black River Auto Repair when I need something done on my vehicle. Clean waiting room and tv. A++++
Randy's one of the nicest, most genuine helpful poeple you'll ever meet. Here always gives you answers and is so nice. I will atleats recommend Randy to anyone. And it's the only place I have my car worked on.
I always go to Black River Auto for new tires, oil changes, headlight issues, etc. They do it all in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!

Amazing service! My car broke down on my way through town. The mechanic took on my car just before he closed and kept the shop open late just to get me back on the road!
